研究目的：

在明确慢性失眠（Chronic Insomnia, CI）患者静息状态下默认网络(Default Mode Network, DMN)功能活动和白质结构特征的基础上，观察三部推拿法对CI患者DMN功能活动和白质微结构的影响，探讨三部推拿法治疗CI的中枢作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of clarifying the functional activity and white matter structural characteristics of the default mode network (DMN) in patients with chronic insomnia (CI) at rest this study observed the effects of the three part massage method on DMN functional activity and white matter microstructure in CI patients and explored the central mechanism of action of the three part massage method in treating CI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合慢性失眠诊断标准； （2）18周岁≤年龄≤60周岁； （3）PSQI评分＞7分，HAMD评分＜24分, （4）常规头颅MRI检查正常； （5）未参加其他临床研究者。 注：同时符合以上条件的患者，方可纳入本项研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia; (2) 18 years old ≤ 60 years old; (3) PSQI score>7 points HAMD score<24 points (4) Routine head MRI examination is normal; (5) Not participating in other clinical studies. Note: Only patients who meet the above conditions can be included in this study.

排除标准：

（1）由外界环境干扰或其他睡眠障碍所致的睡眠障碍； （2）由药物引起的或者由酒精、咖啡、浓茶等生活因素所致的睡眠障碍； （3）曾经患严重心、脑、肝、肾疾病及其他严重的躯体疾病； （4）患有其它精神疾病史、头部外伤史； （5）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； （6）近4周使用过催眠或镇静类治疗失眠的药物； （7）患者体内具有金属植入物，幽闭恐惧综合征等磁共振检查禁忌。 注：凡符合上述任何1项的患者，均予以排除本项研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Sleep disorders caused by external environmental interference or other sleep disorders; (2) Sleep disorders caused by medication or lifestyle factors such as alcohol coffee and strong tea; (3) Previously suffered from severe heart brain liver kidney diseases and other serious physical illnesses; (4) History of other mental illnesses and head injuries; (5) Pregnant or lactating women; (6) Have used hypnotic or sedative drugs to treat insomnia in the past 4 weeks; (7) Patients with metal implants and claustrophobia syndrome are contraindicated in magnetic resonance imaging examinations. Note: Patients who meet any of the above criteria will be excluded from this study.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

按受试者入组顺序的先后，对受试者进行阿拉伯数字编号，依次为：001~072。由负责统计的人员使用SPSS25.0统计软件（IBM SPSS Inc Chicago, IL, USA）生成随机数字。利用SPSS25.0的“随机数字”功能对纳入的受试者产生相对应的随机数字，再利用“可视分化箱”功能进行分组，按照1：1比例随机分为试验组和对照组。

According to the order in which the subjects were enrolled they were numbered with Arabic numerals from 001 to 072. The personnel responsible for statistics generated random numbers using SPSS 25.0 statistical software (IBM SPSS Inc Chicago IL USA). Use the "random number" function of SPSS 25.0 to generate corresponding random numbers for the included subjects and then use the "visual differentiation box" function to divide them into experimental group and control group in a 1:1 ratio.
