探索可以在医疗机构或养老机构中推广的改善中晚期痴呆照料者心理状态以及痴呆精神行为症状的干预模式。

Objectives of Study：

To explore intervention models that can be promoted in medical institutions or nursing institutions to improve the mental state and psychobehavioral symptoms of dementia in caregivers of middle and late dementia.

纳入标准：

①年龄40-60岁；②从事老年护理工作>6个月，③受教育年限 > 6年；④接受过老年护理培训

Inclusion criteria

① Age 40-60 years old; ② Engaged in geriatric nursing work >6 months ③ years of education >6 years; ④ Received geriatric nursing training

排除标准：

①有情绪障碍病史，②近6月发生重大生活事件者

① have a history of emotional disorders ② have a major life event in the last 6 months

本研究为随机双盲设计，使用计算机生成的随机数进行分组，并通过密封的不透明信封隐藏随机序列，信封内标注干预类型。研究助理按顺序打开信封并记录参与者的分组。

The study was a randomized double-blind design using computer-generated random numbers to group and hiding random sequences through sealed opaque envelopes labeled with intervention types. The research assistant opened the envelopes in sequence and recorded the groups of participants.
