研究目的：

在常规脑卒中康复训练的基础上，探究太极“云手”运动想象训练对脑卒中偏瘫上肢运动功能恢复的干预效果,并基于临床疗效研究，利用功能性近红外光谱技术(fNIRS)探究太极“云手”运动想象训练的脑区激活模式和静息态脑网络功能连接,验证其干预的有效性。

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of conventional stroke rehabilitation training, explore the intervention effect of Tai chi Yunshou motor imagery training on the recovery of upper limb motor function of stroke hemiplegia, and based on clinical research, use functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS) to explore the brain activation pattern of the Tai chi Yunshou motor imagery training is connected with the resting brain network function to verify the effectiveness of its intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.首次脑卒中，且符合诊断标准，经内科治疗后病情稳定； 2.性别不限，年龄40-80岁； 3.发病时间2周-6个月； 4.爱丁堡利手调查表测试为右利手； 5.存在偏瘫上肢、手，Brunnstrom偏瘫功能评级为II-VI级； 6.运动觉-视觉想象问卷评定，评分≥25分，具有运动想象能力； 7.能配合运动想象训练； 8.受试者或其法定监护人（必要时）理解，自愿加入本研究试验，并签署“知情同意书”。

Inclusion criteria

1. The first stroke, which meets the diagnostic criteria, is stable after medical treatment; 2. aged from 40 to 80 years; 3. The onset time is 2 weeks-6 months; 4. The Edinburgh Handedness Inventory test is right-handed; 5. Upper limbs and hands with hemiplegia, Brunnstrom's hemiplegia function rating is II-VI; 6. Kinesthetic and visual imagery questionnaire assessment, with a score of >=25 points, and a motor imagination ability; 7. Able to cooperate with sports imagination training; 8. Subjects or their legal guardians (if necessary) understand and voluntarily join this research trial, and sign the "Informed Consent".

排除标准：

(1)严重的言语、注意力、听觉、视觉、智力、精神或认知障碍（简易认知状态检查表＜27分）； (2)合并严重原发或继发性疾病，如严重肝肾造血系统疾病、心肺功能重度不全、心律失常等； (3)正在参与其他临床试验研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe speech, attention, hearing, vision, intelligence, mental or cognitive impairment (Simplified Cognitive State Checklist <27 points); (2) Combined with serious primary or secondary diseases, such as severe liver and kidney hematopoietic system diseases, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, arrhythmia, etc; (3) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials and research.
