探讨基于“筋骨并重”理论指导下骨伤手法联合导引功法治疗慢性期腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical effect of bone injury manipulation combined with guided exercises on chronic lumbar disc herniation based on the theory of "equal emphasis on muscles and bones"

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合腰突症中西医诊断标准；（2）年龄18-60岁，性别不限；（3）单节段突出、单侧神经受累；（4）病程≥3个月；（5）患者需自愿参与本实验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) It meets the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for lumbar protrusion; (2) Age 18-60 years old gender unlimited; (3) Single segment protrusion unilateral nerve involvement; (4) Duration of disease ≥3 months; (5) Patients should voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）既往严重脊柱创伤史；（2）影像学所见有脊柱骨质肿瘤、结核、骨质疏松者；（3）有严重神经功能缺损，如马尾神经损伤等；（4）合并心血管、脑血管、造血、消化系统等严重疾病或精神病患者；（5）手法操作区存在皮肤破损或感染者；（6）近3个月内参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous history of severe spinal trauma; (2) Patients with spinal bone tumors tuberculosis and osteoporosis as shown in imaging; (3) severe neurological impairment such as cauda equina nerve injury; (4) Patients with cardiovascular cerebrovascular hematopoietic digestive and other serious diseases or mental disorders; (5) There is skin damage or infection in the manipulation area; (6) Participants in other clinical trials within the last 3 months.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

本研究采用前瞻随机对照设计，纳入慢性期LDH患者70例。按1：1比例采用SPSS20.0软件生成70例患者的随机数字表，将随机数字打印成单独的分配卡片逐一放入密封且完全不透光的信封中，每个信封上都标有与患者入组顺序相对应的编号，从001至070。在一名或多名与分组无关的人员监督下，拆开相应编号的信封，取出里面的分配卡片。根据卡片上指定的组别，患者将被分配到相应的治疗组进行后续治疗。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

In this study 70 patients with chronic LDH were included in a prospective randomized controlled design. The SPSS20.0 software was used to generate a random number table of 70 patients at a 1:1 scale and the random numbers were printed as individual allocation cards and placed one by one in sealed and completely opaque envelopes each envelope marked with a number corresponding to the patient enrollment order from 001 to 070. Under the supervision of one or more persons not associated with the grouping open the corresponding numbered envelope and remove the distribution card inside. According to the group specified on the card the patient will be assigned to the corresponding treatment group for follow-up treatment.
