研究目的：

评价禅揉推拿治疗先天性肌性斜颈的中长期疗效，分析推拿治疗次数、肿块大小及硬度等相关因素对治愈后恢复情况的影响，为预判CMT的严重程度以及优化临床治疗方案提供参考依据。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the mid- and long-term efficacy of Chanrou Tuina in the treatment of congenital muscular torticollis, and to analyze the influence of related factors such as the number of Tuina treatments, tumor size and hardness on the recovery after treatment, so as to provide a reference for predicting the severity of CMT and optimizing clinical treatment plans.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① 符合小儿先天性肌性斜颈诊断标准的； ② 治疗全程采用禅揉推拿治疗的； ③ 接受推拿治疗时年龄为0-1岁；目前年龄3-9岁，性别不限； ④ 自愿参加本项研究，具有良好的依从性，由患者本人签署或由其直系亲属代签知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for congenital muscular torticollis in children; ② The whole course of treatment adopts therapy; ③ The age at the time of receiving massage treatment is 0-1 years old; the current age is 3-9 years old, and the gender is not limited; ④ Voluntary participation in this study, with good compliance, signed informed consent by the patients themselves or their immediate family members.

排除标准：

① 在推拿治疗期间曾接受其他针对CMT的中西医治疗的； ② 在治疗期间或治疗后受过外伤，造成颈部活动受限的； ③ 有其他骨骼肌肉功能障碍类疾病的，如脑瘫、重症肌无力等的； ④ 合并有心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重的原发性疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Those who have received other Chinese and Western medicine treatments for CMT during Chanrou Tuina therapy; ② Those who have suffered trauma during or after treatment, resulting in restricted neck movement; ③ Those who have other musculoskeletal dysfunction diseases, such as cerebral palsy, myasthenia gravis, etc.; ④ Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
