探索5分钟六字诀吐气发声法（腹式呼吸配合发声）能否帮助焦虑大学更容易地进入平静且专注的状态

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether the 5-minute Liuzijue breathing method (abdominal breathing combined with vocalization) can help anxious college students more easily achieve a calm and focused state.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

六字诀吐气发声法（腹式呼吸配合发声）

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Liuzijue breathing method (abdominal breathing combined with vocalization)

纳入标准：

男性；焦虑自评量表(SAS）得分≥50，但是未达到难以忍受的程度；BMI: ≥17.8，≤ 27.9；无高血压、冠心病、甲状腺功能亢进等躯体疾病。

Inclusion criteria

Male; Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score ≥ 50 but not at an intolerable level; BMI: ≥ 17.8 ≤ 27.9; no physical conditions such as hypertension coronary heart disease or hyperthyroidism.

排除标准：

自愿退出试验者；未能完成全部试验者；焦虑难以忍受。

Exclusion criteria：

Voluntary withdrawal from the trial; failure to complete the entire trial; anxiety at an intolerable level.

随机方法由数据分析负责人确定和操作。 在SPSS软件上使用随机数字生成法生成从0到1的随机数，再用可视分箱化将随机数分为2组，以此确定每位受试者所在的组。

The randomization method is determined and implemented by the data analyst. In SPSS software the random number generation method is used to generate random numbers between 0 and 1. Then the random numbers is divided into two groups using visual binning to determine the group assignment for each participant.
