研究目的：

1.主要目的：评估颈部七线法穴位埋线治疗 CSR 临床疗效及安全性，为基层推广提供依据。 2.次要目的：通过通过颈椎功能障碍指数（NDI）、VAS及肌电图等主客观疗效指标改善程度，综合评估颈部七线法穴位埋线治疗CSR，能否确实有效解除疼痛，改善神经根压迫及相关功能障碍。评估颈部七线法穴位埋线能否改善CSR疼痛相关不良情绪、心理障碍等，为临床诊疗提供更多信息。

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of seven-line acupoint catgut embedding in the neck for treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy (CSR) and provide evidence for its promotion in primary healthcare settings. 2. Secondary Objectives To comprehensively assess whether seven-line acupoint catgut embedding in the neck can effectively relieve pain improve nerve root compression and related functional disorders in CSR patients based on the improvement of subjective and objective efficacy indicators (e.g. Neck Disability Index [NDI] Visual Analogue Scale [VAS] and electromyography). To evaluate whether seven-line acupoint catgut embedding can ameliorate pain-related negative emotions and psychological disorders in CSR patients so as to provide more information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)符合西医诊断标准； (2)年龄在18-75岁之间； (3)治疗前1周未服用精神类药物； (4)能配合治疗及资料收集； (5)自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria; (2) Aged between 18 and 75 years; (3) No psychotropic drugs taken within 1 week before treatment; (4) Able to cooperate with treatment and data collection; (5) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）健康状况： ① 严重的心血管疾病，包括：心绞痛、过去6个月内发生过心肌梗死或卒中、心力衰竭、有症状的外周血管疾病。 ② 收缩压≥160 mmHg和/或舒张压≥100 mmHg，无论是否接受高血压治疗。如果正在接受治疗，最近三个月内药物治疗无变化。 ③ 肝功能损害（AST＞80U/L，ALT＞80U/L）或肾功能损害（肌酐＞2.5mg/dL，eGFR <15 ml/min/1.73 m2）。 ④目前处于进展期或最后一次治疗后缓解少于5年的恶性肿瘤。 ⑤其它以上肢疼痛为主的疾患，如胸廓出口综合征、肩周炎；有颈肩上肢部外伤、骨折病史。 ⑥肿瘤、结核病、支气管哮喘、急慢性胃肠功能障碍患者。 ⑦语言障碍、听力障碍、智力障碍、精神疾病（例如重度抑郁症、双相情感障碍、进食障碍）等其它可能导致参与者在遵守方案方面存在风险或困难的疾病。 ⑨近3月接受过外科手术且未完全康复。 ⑩传染性血源性疾病，例如肝炎、艾滋病毒。 （2）个人方面： ① 吸烟或酗酒（换算为纯酒精，男性＞210ml/周，女性＞140ml/周） ② 1年内滥用药物史 ③ 1月内献血或输血史 ④ 怀孕或哺乳期，包括计划在未来4个月内怀孕 ⑤ 对可吸收性外科缝线、动物蛋白过敏 ⑥ 瘢痕体质 ⑦合并施术部位皮肤过敏、破损 ⑧不能使用智能手机或互联网 ⑨对研究所用药物存在严重过敏、不良反应等 ⑩根据研究者的判断，心理或行为问题将导致其难以遵守研究方案。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Health Conditions ① Severe cardiovascular diseases including: angina pectoris myocardial infarction or stroke within the past 6 months heart failure symptomatic peripheral vascular disease. ② Systolic blood pressure ≥160 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure ≥100 mmHg regardless of hypertension treatment. If under treatment no change in medication within the last 3 months. ③ Liver dysfunction (AST >80 U/L ALT >80 U/L) or renal dysfunction (creatinine >2.5 mg/dL eGFR <15 ml/min/1.73 m²). ④ Current advanced malignant tumors or remission <5 years after the last treatment. ⑤ Other upper limb pain-dominant disorders such as thoracic outlet syndrome scapulohumeral periarthritis; history of neck-shoulder-upper limb trauma or fracture. ⑥ Patients with tumors tuberculosis bronchial asthma acute/chronic gastrointestinal dysfunction. ⑦ Disorders that may cause compliance risks such as language/hearing impairment intellectual disability mental illnesses (e.g. major depression bipolar disorder eating disorders). ⑨ Surgical procedures within the past 3 months without complete recovery. ⑩ Infectious blood-borne diseases (e.g. hepatitis HIV). (2) Personal Factors ① Smoking or alcohol abuse (converted to pure alcohol: >210 ml/week for males >140 ml/week for females). ② History of drug abuse within 1 year. ③ History of blood donation or transfusion within 1 month. ④ Pregnant or lactating including planning to conceive within the next 4 months. ⑤ Allergy to absorbable surgical sutures or animal proteins. ⑥ Keloid constitution. ⑦ Allergic or damaged skin at the implantation site. ⑧ Inability to use smartphones or the internet. ⑨ Severe allergy or adverse reactions to study medications. ⑩ Psychological/behavioral issues that may hinder protocol compliance as judged by the investigator.

按照1：1：1的比例，由专人进行计算机随机分组，将分组信息封入密闭的信封里，将CSR患者随机分配到埋线组及假埋线组（对照组1）、药物组（对照组2）。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Patients with CSR will be randomly assigned to the Catgut Embedding Group Sham Catgut Embedding Group (Control Group 1) and Medication Group (Control Group 2) in a 1:1:1 ratio. Randomization will be performed by a dedicated staff using a computer-generated random sequence and the allocation information will be sealed in opaque envelopes.
