研究针刺麻醉对失眠患者的影响

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of acupuncture anesthesia on patients of insoma anxiety and depression among college students

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1、年龄为18～25岁的在校大学生 2、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数≥7分 3、自愿参与研究，并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. College students aged 18 to 25 years old. 2. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index ≥ 7 points. 3. Voluntary participation in the research and signing of the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、治疗前沟通有障碍或者拒绝的患者 2、局部皮肤感染或者破损的病人 3、血小板或凝血功能障碍的病人 4、任何原因不能配合研究或研究者认为不宜纳入本研究

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with communication barriers or refusals before treatment 2. Patients with local skin infections or skin damage 3. Patients with platelet or coagulation function disorders 4. Any patients who cannot cooperate with the study for any reason or are considered unsuitable for inclusion in this study by the researcher
