研究目的：

评价清幽漱口汤联合四联疗法对Hp感染合并非口源性口臭患者的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qingyou Mouthwash combined with quadruple therapy in patients with Helicobacter pylori infection and non-oral-origin halitosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合Hp感染诊断标准； 2.符合口臭诊断标准； 3.符合脾胃湿热证的中医诊断标准 4.既往未接受过Hp根除治疗； 5.年龄为18-65岁，性别不限； 6.知情同意，自愿接受治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection; 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria for halitosis; 3.Meet the traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria for the syndrome of dampness-heat in the spleen and stomach. 4.Have not previously received Hp eradication treatment; 5.Be aged between 18 and 65 with no gender restrictions; 6.Provide informed consent and voluntarily accept treatment.

排除标准：

1.２周内使用过PPI或４周内使用过抗生素、铋剂等药物的患者； 2.患有口腔疾病如龋齿、牙周炎等口腔疾病所致口臭者； 3.上呼吸道感染伴口腔感染、肝胆、泌尿系统疾病所致感染引起的口臭者，因嗜烟酒等不良生活习惯所致口臭者； 4.过敏体质或已知对本观察涉及的药物成分过敏者； 5.合并消化性溃疡、胃癌的患者，或曾行胃肠道手术的患者； 6.合并严重心脑肺、肝、肾脏疾病的患者以及精神病患者； 7.妊娠期或者哺乳期妇女。 凡具备以上任意一条则不可参加本次临床观察。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who have used proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) within 2 weeks or antibiotics bismuth agents or other medications within 4 weeks; 2.Patients with oral diseases such as dental caries periodontitis or other oral diseases causing halitosis; 3.Patients with halitosis caused by upper respiratory tract infections with oral infections infections due to liver and biliary or urinary system diseases or halitosis due to poor lifestyle habits such as smoking and alcohol consumption; 4.Patients with allergic constitutions or known allergies to the drug components involved in this observation; 5.Patients with peptic ulcers gastric cancer or those who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery; 6.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary hepatic renal diseases and patients with mental illnesses; 7.Pregnant or breastfeeding women. Patients who meet any of the above criteria are not eligible to participate in this clinical observation.

口服艾司奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊（20mg，bid）阿莫西林胶囊（500mg，bid），克拉霉素片（500mg，bid），胶体果胶铋胶囊（200mg，bid），连续使用2周后停药4周，早中晚3次饭后刷牙，生理盐水60秒漱口吐出，连续使用6周。

Intervention：

Take Esomeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules (20mg bid) Amoxicillin Capsules (500mg bid) Clarithromycin Tablets (500mg bid) and Colloidal Bismuth Pectin Capsules (200mg bid) orally. Stop after 2 weeks and have a 4-week withdrawal period. Brush teeth 3 times a day after meals. Gargle with normal saline for 60s and spit out. Use continuously for 6 weeks.

在 “四联疗法” 的基础上，使用 “清幽漱口水” 漱口。该药将由宜兴市中医医院统一代患者煎制，每包含量为 100 毫升。每天刷牙三次。用 “清幽漱口水” 漱口 60 秒，然后吐出。连续使用 “清幽漱口水” 六周。

Intervention：

Use "Qingyou Mouthwash" to rinse the mouth on the basis of the "Quadruple Therapy". It will be decocted uniformly on behalf of patients by Yixing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine with each package containing 100ml. Brush teeth 3 times a day.Gargle with the "Qingyou Mouthwash" for 60 seconds and then spit it out. Use the "Qingyou Mouthwash" continuously for 6 weeks.

病例记录表（Case Record Form, CRF） CRF 全面涵盖患者基本信息、病史、诊断依据、治疗记录、疗效指标及不良事件。格式标准化，项目定义清晰，评分说明详细，确保数据一致性与准确性；研究前组织 CRF 填写培训，实行双人核对，一位研究者填写后，保证数据真实可靠；纸质版 CRF 按入组顺序编号，置于安全限制区域，及时扫描成电子文档存于管理系统，定期备份至外部硬盘与云存储，确保数据不丢失。 电子采集和管理系统（Electronic Data Capture, EDC） 实时数据录入和校验，定期备份并测试恢复。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Case Record Form (CRF) The CRF comprehensively covers basic patient information medical history diagnostic basis treatment records efficacy indicators and adverse events. The format is standardized with clear item definitions and detailed scoring instructions to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Before the study CRF filling training is organized and dual-person verification is implemented. After one researcher fills it out the data is ensured to be authentic and reliable. Paper CRFs are numbered in the order of enrollment stored in a restricted area promptly scanned into electronic documents and stored in the management system with regular backups to external hard drives and cloud storage to ensure data is not lost. Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Real-time data entry and verification with regular backups and recovery tests.
