研究目的：

探索针刺对心房颤动患者脑电图的影响，以及对心电图、血压等多方面的影响。了解大脑对于应激刺激的反应与心血管功能。

Objectives of Study：

Explore the effects of acupuncture on the electroencephalogram (EEG) of patients with atrial fibrillation as well as its effects on various aspects such as electrocardiogram (ECG) and blood pressure. Understand the brain's response to stress stimuli and cardiovascular function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁且≤85岁，性别不限； （2）符合心房颤动及气虚血瘀证的诊断标准； （3）理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥ 18 years old and ≤ 85 years old gender not limited; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for atrial fibrillation and qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome; (3) Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠、哺乳期的妇女，或未避孕的育龄期妇女； （2）转氨酶大于最高上限3倍； （3）血肌酐大于177umol/L； （4）3个月内新发脑梗死、脑出血或脑肿瘤等脑部疾病； （5）一周内服用过精神类药物； （6）既往接受过针灸治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant or lactating women or women of childbearing age who have not used contraception; (2) The transaminase is greater than three times the maximum limit; (3) Blood creatinine is greater than 177umol/L; (4) Newly diagnosed brain diseases such as cerebral infarction cerebral hemorrhage or brain tumors within 3 months; (5) Have taken psychotropic drugs within one week; (6) He has received acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in the past.
