研究目的：

本研究在普通穿刺针上增添一个透视显影器，进一步将椎弓根穿刺术中CAD技术环节改进为“先判断后钻入（Drill-after-Check，DAC）”技术,即实现穿刺针先通过影像瞄定好准确位置及立体进针方向后再钻入椎弓根。研究探讨分析DAC技术的临床应用价值。

Objectives of Study：

In this study a fluoroscope was added to the common puncture needle and the CAD process in pedicle puncture was further improved to "drit-after-check (DAC)" technology that is the puncture needle was first determined by the image and the stereoscopic direction of the needle before being drilled into the pedicle. To explore and analyze the clinical application value of DAC technology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）诊断为新鲜的椎体骨质疏松性压缩骨折或Kümmell病并具有行PKP手术指征者。 （2）接受PKP手术者。 （3）知情志愿加入本试验研究，并签署知情同意书。 同时满足以上3条方可纳入研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients diagnosed with fresh vertebral osteoporotic compression fracture or Kummell's disease with indications for PKP surgery. (2) Patients receiving PKP surgery. (3) Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent. Only those who meet the above three requirements can be included in the study.

排除标准：

（1）术前影像提示椎弓根或棘突有明显解剖变异者（诸如椎弓根狭小、棘突明显偏斜）。 （2）有手术绝对禁忌症或相对禁忌症者。 （3）拒绝PKP手术者。 若满足以上任意一条，即排除研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with obvious anatomic variation in pedicle or spinous process indicated by preoperative imaging (such as narrow pedicle and obvious deviation of spinous process). (2) Patients with absolute or relative contraindications to surgery. (3) Those who refused PKP surgery. If any of the above criteria is met the study is excluded.
