研究目的：

1. 总结pSS的中医证候分布特点，明确不同证候的疾病活动度，寻找主要证候的表观遗传学差异。 2. 总结pSS的中医舌象特点，明确pSS的特异性舌象要素及不同舌象的疾病活动度。 3. 建立基于舌象要素诊断pSS的回归方程并绘制ROC曲线，明确特异性舌象要素对pSS疾病诊断的敏感度和特异度。 4. 分析pSS不良预后的危险因素，建立pSS继发间质性肺炎和严重血小板减少的预测模型。

Objectives of Study：

1. To summarize the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes of pSS, clarify the disease activity of different syndromes, and search for epigenetic differences of main syndromes. 2. To summarize the TCM tongue features of pSS, and to clarify the specific tongue elements of pSS and the disease activity of different tongue images. 3. To establish the regression equation for diagnosing pSS based on tongue image factors and draw a ROC curve to clarify the sensitivity and specificity of specific tongue image factors for diagnosing pSS disease. 4. To analyze the risk factors for poor prognosis of pSS, and to establish the prediction models of pSS secondary interstitial pneumonia and severe thrombocytopenia.

纳入标准：

符合以下所有条目者可纳入研究： 1.符合2016年ACR与EULAR推荐的pSS分类标准的患者； 2.18岁≤年龄≤75岁； 3.神志清楚，能进行正常的语言交流； 4.签署知情同意书并配合问卷调查的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Those who meet all of the following items can join the study: 1. Patients who meet 2016 ACR-EULAR Classification Criteria for primary Sjogrens Syndrome; 2. Age 18-75 years old; 3. Those who are conscious and able to communicate with others; 4. Those who signed informed consent before the start of the study, and are willing and able to complete questionnaires.

排除标准：

符合以下任一条目者将被排除： 1.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 2.精神病患者； 3.合并恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who meet one of the following items cannot be included in the study: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Mental patients; 3. Complicated with malignant tumor(s).
