研究目的：

本研究旨在通过观察口服膏方和足浴方对慢性疲劳恢复的临床疗效，探索中医药在改善慢性疲劳方面的应用价值，为临床提供新的治疗手段。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine in improving chronic fatigue by observing the clinical effects of oral ointment and foot bath on chronic fatigue recovery and to provide a new means of clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）每周跑量在15km以上； （2）年龄在 18-50 岁之间者； （3）愿意接受中药内服或外用治疗方案； （4）理解并愿意积极配合治疗，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Run more than 15km per week; (2) persons between the ages of 18 and 50; (3) Willing to accept Chinese medicine for internal or external treatment; (4) Understand and be willing to actively cooperate with the treatment and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）排除患有严重心肝肾疾病、精神疾病及其他影响试验结果的患者。 （2）正在进行中医或者西医药物治疗或非药物治疗者。 （3）具有中药过敏史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with serious heart liver and kidney diseases mental diseases and other factors affecting the test results were excluded. (2) Those who are undergoing TCM or Western medicine drug treatment or non-drug treatment. (3) Have a history of Chinese medicine allergy.
