研究目的：

1.评价中医穴位贴敷治疗儿童急性咽痛的有效性与安全性； 2.基于以上研究，进一步探索中医穴位贴敷疗法减少抗生素使用量的疗效特点。

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of TCM acupoint sticking in the treatment of acute sore throat in children. 2. Based on the above research, further explore the curative characteristics of TCM acupoint sticking therapy in reducing the amount of antibiotics used.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合急性上呼吸道感染诊断标准，吞咽时咽痛Wong-Baker面部表情疼痛量表(WBS)疼痛评分≥4分； （2）年龄≥3岁，且≤14岁； （3）性别不限； （4）发病至就诊不超过48小时； （5）所有患儿及其监护人自愿参与本试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute upper respiratory tract infection with a painful swallowing Wong-Baker Facial Expression Pain Scale (WBS) pain score ≥ 4. (2) Age ≥ 3 years and ≤ 14 years. (3) No restriction on gender. (4) No more than 48 hours between onset and consultation. (5) All children and their guardians voluntarily participated in this trial and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）合并急性喉炎、中耳炎、肺炎、支气管炎者； （2）患有传染性疾病（麻疹、猩红热等）者； （3）心、肝、肾等脏器功能衰竭或有严重代谢、血液、神经系统疾病者； （4）营养不良、免疫缺陷者； （5）登记前24小时内使用的药物或非药物治疗； （6）贴敷部位有皮损者，如瘢痕、溃疡等； （7）汗液分泌异常的植物神经功能紊乱者； （8）对已知试验药物过敏者； （9）正在参加其它研究，或接受类似外治法干预者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with combined acute laryngitis, otitis media, pneumonia, bronchitis (2) Those suffering from infectious diseases (measles, scarlet fever, etc.) (3) heart, liver, kidney and other organ failure or serious metabolic, hematological or neurological diseases (4) Those who are malnourished or immunodeficient (5) Drugs or non-drug treatments used within 24 hours prior to registration (6) Those with skin lesions on the patching site, such as scarring and ulcers. (7) Those with abnormal sweat secretion with phytonadic dysfunction (8) Those who are allergic to known test drugs. (9) Those who are participating in other studies, or receiving similar topical interventions.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本试验采用中国中医科学院西苑医院药物临床试验数据管理系统（eCDMS3.0）创建电子病例报告表，通过互联网在线进行数据采集与管理。数据管理计划由项目数据管理员(下称：PL)撰写。在试验启动之前，数据管理室主任(下称：DMD)对数据管理计划书进行审阅，以确保计划书包括了所要求的步骤和信息。数据管理计划将作为整个数据管理过程的指导性文件，之后所有过程均应按照其中定义的时间与方法进行操作。电子病例报告表和数据核查的设计与建立PL根据方案和定稿的研究病历建立eCRF页面，eCRF中应采集研究方案中规定的与研究分析内容相关的所有数据点。PL根据DMP及eCRF制定数据核查计划(下称：DVP)。DVP是所有数据核查工作的标准，应对方案中规定的主要和次要有效性指标、关键的安全性指标进行充分的核查以确保这些数据的正确性和完整性。eCRF页面构建完成后，由PL根据DVP设置系统自动核查程序并进行测试。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This trial used the Drug Clinical Trial Data Management System (eCDMS3.0) of Xiyuan Hospital, Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine to create electronic case report forms, and data collection and management were performed online via the Internet. The data management plan was written by the project data manager (hereinafter: PL). Prior to trial initiation, the Data Management Director (hereinafter: DMD) reviews the Data Management Plan to ensure that the plan includes the required steps and information. The data management plan will serve as the guiding document for the entire data management process, and all subsequent processes should follow the timelines and methods defined therein. Design and creation of electronic case report forms and data verification PL creates an eCRF page based on the protocol and finalized study medical record. eCRF should capture all data points specified in the study protocol that are relevant to the content of the study analysis. PL develops a data verification plan (hereafter: DVP) based on the DMP and eCRF. dVP is the standard for all data verification efforts and should address the primary and After the eCRF pages are constructed, PL sets up and tests the system's automated verification process based on the DVP.
