研究目的：

评价交通心肾方改善老年慢性失眠人群睡眠质量的临床疗效性及安全性，并探索相关作用机制，为制定有效的失眠治疗方案提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the Heart-Kidney Harmonizing Formula in improving sleep quality in elderly patients with chronic insomnia and to explore its underlying mechanisms of action thereby providing a basis for developing effective treatment strategies for insomnia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合慢性失眠西医诊断标准；（2）符合慢性失眠中医心肾不交证诊断标准；（3）年龄60-75岁，性别不限；（4）匹兹堡睡眠质量量表（PSQI）评分≥7分；（5）具备足够的认知能力理解相关量表；（6）自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia;(2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia with Heart-Kidney Disharmony Syndrome in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM);(3) Aged 60 to 75 years regardless of gender;(4) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score ≥ 7;(5) Possess sufficient cognitive ability to understand relevant scales;(6) Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）其它躯体疾病、精神类疾病或外界干扰等因素导致的继发性失眠者；（2）经焦虑、抑郁量表诊断为中、重度焦虑或抑郁的患者；（3）伴有严重基础疾病的患者，包括但不限于心脏、肺、肾脏、消化、血液病、神经精神疾病、免疫性疾病、代谢性疾病、恶性肿瘤、严重营养不良等；（4）精神状态不能合作者，如患有精神性疾病、无自知力、不能明确表达者；（5）对治疗方案涉及的产品过敏者；（6）根据研究者判断，不适合使用治疗方案涉及药物的人群（如近1周服用安神镇静类西药者）；（7）正参加其它干预性临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with secondary insomnia caused by other physical diseases mental illnesses or external interference factors;(2) Patients diagnosed with moderate to severe anxiety or depression based on anxiety and depression scales;(3) Patients with severe underlying diseases including but not limited to cardiac pulmonary renal gastrointestinal hematological neuropsychiatric immunological metabolic malignant tumors or severe malnutrition;(4) Patients who are unable to cooperate due to their mental state such as those with psychiatric disorders lack of insight or inability to express themselves clearly;(5) Patients allergic to the products involved in the treatment regimen;(6) Individuals deemed unsuitable for using the drugs involved in the treatment regimen according to the investigators judgment (e.g. those who have taken Western sedative-hypnotic medications within the past week);(7) Individuals currently participating in other interventional clinical trials.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由专人培训后，对患者的所有资料采用标准CRF表进行记录，采集患者的一般资料，对患者的中医证候积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表、Epworth嗜睡量表、自评医疗成效、实验室检查结果等均进行详细记录。整理的CRF表收集后录入电子系统，采用Excel整理数据，SPSS、R语言等统计软件进行分析。

After being trained by designated personnel, all patient data were recorded using a standard Case Report Form (CRF). The general information of the patients was collected, and detailed records were made for the TCM syndrome scores, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS), self-assessed treatment outcomes, and laboratory test results. The completed CRFs were then entered into an electronic system, with data organized using Excel and analyzed using statistical software such as SPSS and R.
