研究目的：

本课题完成后可明确中西医结合心脏康复对急性冠脉综合征PCI术后患者早期心脏功能、生活质量、心脏不良事件的影响，以证实进行早期中西医结合心脏康复可改善急性冠脉综合征PCI术后患者早期预后，为临床进行中西医结合心脏康复提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

After completion of this subject can be clear of Chinese and western medicine combined with cardiac rehabilitation on patients with acute coronary syndrome PCI postoperative early heart function and life quality, the influence of cardiac adverse events, the early Chinese and western medicine combined with cardiac rehabilitation to confirm can improve the prognosis of patients with acute coronary syndrome PCI postoperative early, combine traditional Chinese and western medicine for clinical provides the basis for cardiac rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）30岁≤年龄≤75岁；（2）经冠脉造影检查确诊；无介入治疗禁忌症，PCI均取得成功；（3）术后患者心功能分级为Ⅰ-III级；（4）无严重呼吸系统疾病；（5）关节运动正常，无关节炎及骨病病史；（6）超声心动图检查左室射血分数(LVEF)>40％；入院收缩压<160mmHg，舒张压<90mmHg；（7）签署患者知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) 30 ≤ age ≤75; (2) Confirmed by coronary angiography; There were no contraindications for interventional therapy, and PCI was successful. (3) Postoperative cardiac function grading was grade ⅰ -III; (4) No serious respiratory diseases; (5) Normal joint movement, no history of arthritis and bone disease; (6) Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)> 40% by echocardiography; Systolic blood pressure <160mmHg, diastolic blood pressure <90mmHg; (7) The person who signs the informed consent of the patient.

排除标准：

（1）血液系统疾病或严重肝肾功能异常以及凝血功能障碍者；（2）3个月内有手术及外伤史、出血史或存在抗凝禁忌；（3）血流动力学不稳定（心源性休克与急性左心衰）；（4）不稳定型心绞痛；（5）未控制的严重心律失常；（6）运动系统功能障碍，影响康复进行者；（7）妊娠或哺乳期；（8）对本研究理解和依从不够、无法配合与随访等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with diseases of the blood system or serious liver and kidney dysfunction or coagulation disorder; (2) A history of surgery, trauma, bleeding or anticoagulant contraindications within 3 months; (3) Hemodynamic instability (cardiogenic shock and acute left heart failure); (4) unstable angina; (5) uncontrolled severe arrhythmias; (6) Motor system dysfunction, affecting rehabilitation; (7) pregnancy or lactation; (8) Insufficient understanding and compliance of this study, inability to cooperate and follow up, etc.
