研究目的：

①针刺联合八段锦治疗神经根型颈椎病的安全性和对照组相当; ②针刺联合八段锦治疗神经根型颈椎病的有效性优于对照组; ③明确针刺联合八段锦治疗神经根型颈椎病的内在机制。

Objectives of Study：

① The safety of acupuncture combined with Baduanjin in the treatment of neurogenic cervical spondylosis was comparable to that of the control group; and ② The effectiveness of acupuncture combined with Baduanjin in the treatment of neurogenic cervical spondylosis was superior to that of the control group. ③The intrinsic mechanism of acupuncture combined with Baduanjin in the treatment of nerve root cervical spondylosis was clarified.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① 年龄 18~70 岁，男女不限; ② 符合神经根型颈椎病的西医诊断标准; ③ 符合《中医病证诊断疗效标准》神经根型颈椎病气滞血瘀证诊断标准; ④ 患者本人或其监护人同意参加研究并签署知情同意书同意参加研究。 ⑤ 有完成调查问卷和试验相关检查的能力; ⑥ 肝肾功能正常; ⑦ NRS 评分≥3 分以上。

Inclusion criteria

① Age 18~70 years old male or female; ② Meet the western medical diagnostic criteria of cervical radiculopathy. ② Meet the western medical diagnostic criteria for nerve root cervical spondylosis; ③ Meet the diagnostic criteria for Qi stagnation and blood stasis in Chinese medicine; and ① Age 18~70 years old male or female; ② Meet the western medical diagnostic criteria of radiculopathy; ③ Meet the diagnostic criteria of qi stagnation and blood stasis of radiculopathy in Chinese medicine. ④ The patient himself/herself or his/her guardian agreed to participate in the study and agreed to participate in the study by signing the informed consent form. ⑤ Ability to complete the questionnaires and test-related examinations; ⑥ Normal liver and kidney function; ⑤ Ability to complete the questionnaires and test-related examinations. ⑥ Normal liver and kidney function. ⑦ NRS score ≥3 or above.

排除标准：

① 合并有严重的心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器及血液系统功能异常的患者; ② 伴有中重度认知障碍，不能配合完成康复治疗及检查的患者; ③ 同时有妊娠或哺乳期女性; ④ 没有神经根性疼痛的患者，以及纯粹有轴性颈部疼痛或脊髓病的患者； ⑤ 正在参加其他临床研究的患者； ⑥ 针刺穴位局部有皮肤感染者； ⑦ 随机化前 2 周内使用影响疗效观察的药物，包括(满足以下任意一条): 1)服用阿司匹林或其他非甾体类抗炎药; 2)外用过消炎镇痛或者活血化瘀的膏药; 3)做过推拿、理疗、热敷治疗者。 ⑧ 有活动性消化道溃疡/出血者 ⑨ 同时有幽闭恐惧症的患者

Exclusion criteria：

① patients with serious heart lung liver kidney and other important organs and blood system function abnormalities; ② patients with moderate to severe cognitive impairment unable to cooperate with the completion of rehabilitation treatment and examination; patients with severe cognitive impairment unable to cooperate with the completion of rehabilitation treatment and examination ② Patients with moderate-to-severe cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate with the completion of rehabilitation treatment and examination; ③ Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding at the same time. (iii) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding at the same time; (iv) Patients who do not have radicular pain. ④ Patients without radicular pain and patients with pure axial neck pain or spinal cord disease; ⑤ Patients who are participating in other clinical studies; ⑥ Patients with skin infections localized at the acupuncture points; ⑦ Use of medication that interferes with the observation of efficacy within 2 weeks prior to randomization including (fulfilling any of the following). 1) taking aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. 2) Topical application of anti-inflammatory analgesic or blood-stasis activating creams. 3) have done massage physical therapy hot compress treatment. ⑧ active peptic ulcers / bleeding ⑨ patients with claustrophobia at the same time
