研究目的：

在营养干预基础上，对比分析电针、八段锦为主的运动疗法、电针联合运动疗法（体卫融合）治疗肌少症的效果，探求肌少症的优效方案，将中医疗法、运动疗法融入患者日常健康管理。

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of nutritional intervention the effects of electroacupuncture Baduanjin based exercise therapy and electroacupuncture combined with exercise therapy (integration of body and health) in the treatment of sarcopenia were comparatively analyzed so as to explore the optimal scheme for sarcopenia and to integrate traditional Chinese medicine therapy and exercise therapy into the daily health management of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合肌少症诊断标准； （2）自愿参与本研究并且签署知情同意书者； （3）年龄>=60周岁者，男女不限； （4）意识清楚，无运动及认知障碍，且能正常交流，具备独立判断力，愿意配合治疗方案及正常完成随访者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) meet the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia; (2) those who voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent; (3) age >=60 years old male or female; (4) Patients were conscious had no motor and cognitive impairment could communicate normally had independent judgment and were willing to cooperate with the treatment plan and complete the follow-up normally.

排除标准：

（1）患有严重慢性疾病、慢性病急性发作期、传染病、外伤骨折不宜运动患者； （2）无自主活动能力，不具有沟通和认知能力； （3）身体内植入电子设备或金属物； （4）研究开始前３个月进行过任何有关于肌少症的治疗； （5）正参加其它临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with severe chronic diseases acute onset of chronic diseases infectious diseases trauma and fracture who are not suitable for exercise; (2) no independent activity ability communication and cognitive ability; (3) the implantation of electronic devices or metal objects in the body; (4) receiving any treatment for sarcopenia within 3 months before study entry; Patients enrolled in other clinical trials.

采用中心随机化方法。借助 SPSS 统计分析软件产生105例受试者所接处理的随机安排，即列出流水号为 01～105 所对应的治疗分配。
