研究目的：

观察心肾俞郄配穴针刺治疗围绝经期潮热后平均24小时烘热积分、绝经症状评价量表（MRS）、围绝经期生存质量量表（MENQOL）、血清性激素水平（E2、FSH）指标，证明心肾俞郄配穴针刺治疗围绝经期潮热的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

Observe the indicators such as the average 24-hour hot flash score Menopause Rating Scale (MRS) Menopause-Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire (MENQOL) and serum sex hormone levels (E2 FSH) before and after acupuncture treatment of perimenopausal hot flashes using the heart-kidney Back-Shu and Xi-Cleft point combination to demonstrate the clinical efficacy of this acupuncture method in treating perimenopausal hot flashes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Control group Acupoints Selected: Guanyuan (CV4) Shenshu (BL23) Sanyinjiao (SP6) Taixi (KI3) Needle Specifications: Disposable sterile acupuncture needles (0.25 × 40 mm Huatuo brand) were used. Procedure: The patient was initially seated with the back exposed disinfection will performed using 75% alcohol cotton balls. Use the 0.25×40mm acupuncture needles Shenshu (BL23) is needled horizontally downward to a depth of 1 cun; Then the patient assumed a supine position. Guanyua (CV4) and Sanyinjiao (SP6) were needled to a depth of 1 cun; Taixi (KI3) was needled to a depth of 0.3-0.5 cun. All acupoints are rapidly needled using lifting-thrusting and rotating manipulation techniques applying neutral supplementation and drainage (even reinforcing-reducing) method until deqi sensation was achieved. Needles were manipulated every 15 minutes and retained for 30 minutes before removal. Treatment group Acupoints Selected: Xinshu (BL15) Shenshu (BL23)Yinxi (HT6)Shuiquan (KI5) Needle Specifications: Disposable sterile acupuncture needles (0.25 × 40 mm Huatuo brand) were used. Procedure: Patient lies down on a prone position with back exposed disinfection will performed using 75% alcohol cotton balls. Start needling Shentang (BL44) through to Xinshu (BL15) Zhishi (BL52) through to Shenshu (BL23); Yinxi (HT6) and Shuiquan (KI5) are needled to the depth of 0.3-0.5 cun. All acupoints are rapidly needled then applying neutral supplementation and drainage method until deqi sensation was achieved. Needles are manipulated every 15 minutes and retained for 30 minutes before removal.

纳入标准：

（1）符合更年期潮热西医诊断标准者 （2）符合更年期潮热肾阴虚型中医诊断标准者 （3）年龄≥40且≤55的女性 （4）每天潮热汗出的次数≥3 次 （5）自愿参加本研究且签署知情同意书者

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the Western diagnostic criteria for menopausal hot flashes. (2) Meet the Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic criteria for kidney yin deficiency-type menopausal hot flashes. (3) Female aged ≥40 and ≤55 years. (4) Experience ≥3 episodes of hot flashes with sweating per day. (5) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）患有妇科肿瘤相关疾病（如子宫内膜癌、乳腺癌等）、合并妇科急性感染（如急性阴道炎、急性盆腔炎）或其他感染性疾病，存在血栓性疾病高风险因素、或存在不明原因阴道出血的患者 （2）排除妊娠及哺乳期妇女 （3）已接受双侧卵巢切除、患有卵巢肿瘤或存在卵巢功能早衰的患者 （4）患有严重的心、肝、脑、肾及造血系统等原发性疾病者 （5）意识状态不清，或伴有严重焦虑、抑郁症的患者 （6）治疗前1个月内或在治疗期间使用过任何激素类药物的患者 （7）目前正在参与或过去1个月内曾参与其他临床研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Patients with gynecological tumor-related diseases (e.g. endometrial cancer breast cancer etc.) acute gynecological infections (e.g. acute vaginitis acute pelvic inflammatory disease) other infectious diseases high-risk factors for thrombotic diseases or unexplained vaginal bleeding. (2)Pregnant or lactating women. (3)Patients who have undergone bilateral oophorectomy have ovarian tumors or suffer from premature ovarian failure. (4)Patients with severe primary diseases of the heart liver brain kidneys or hematopoietic system. (5)Patients with impaired consciousness or severe anxiety/depression. (6)Patients who have used any hormonal medications within 1 month before treatment or during the study period. (7)Patients currently participating or having participated in other clinical trials within the past 1 month.

取穴：关元、肾俞、三阴交、太溪 针具：针灸针选用 0.25×40mm 的华佗牌一次性无菌针灸针。 操作:患者先取坐位暴露背部，用75%酒精棉球局部常规消毒，选用0.25×40mm 针灸针，对肾俞向下平刺，之后取仰卧位，取关元、三阴交直刺1寸，太溪直刺0.3-0.5寸，所有腧穴均快速进针，行提插捻转行针手法，平补平泻，以得气为度。15min行针一次，留针 30min后出针。
