研究目的：

课题基于炎症因子学说，探讨健脾法治疗大肠癌患者癌因性疲乏合并营养风险的临床研究，通过药物（加味肠益方）与非药物（健身气功养脾方）的健脾法，观察大肠癌术后脾虚证CRF患者的临床疗效，以及治疗前后患者血清炎症因子水平等的变化情况。本研究旨在探索健脾法改善CRF的可能作用机制，以及癌因性疲乏和营养风险两者间的相关性研究，以期为临床应用和后续研究提供理论基础。

Objectives of Study：

The topic is based on the theory of inflammatory factors and explores the clinical study of the Jianpi method for treating cancer-related fatigue and nutritional risk in patients with colorectal cancer. Through the Jianpi method of medication (modified Changyi formula) and non medication (fitness Qigong Yangpi formula), the clinical efficacy of postoperative CRF patients with spleen deficiency syndrome in colorectal cancer is observed, as well as the changes in serum inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment. The aim of this study is to explore the possible mechanism of the spleen strengthening method in improving CRF, as well as the correlation between cancer-related fatigue and nutritional risk, in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application and subsequent research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.病理诊断明确为结直肠癌术后II-III期的患者,且化疗结束1-2月； 2.年龄:18-75岁； 3.中医辨证为脾虚证的患者； 4.诊断为癌因性疲乏的患者； 5.营养风险评估具有营养风险者； 6.体力状况ECOG评分≤2分者； 7.无严重心、肝、肾、造血系统疾患及其它影响药物评价因素者； 8.自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.The pathological diagnosis is confirmed to be a patient with postoperative stage II-III colorectal cancer, and chemotherapy has been completed for 1-2 months; 2.Age: 18-75 years old; 3.Patients diagnosed with spleen deficiency syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine; 4.Patients diagnosed with cancer-related fatigue; 5.Nutritional risk assessment for individuals with nutritional risks; 6.Individuals with a physical condition ECOG score ≤ 2 points; 7.Individuals without strict focus, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system disorders, or other factors affecting drug evaluation; 8.Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.不符合纳入标准者； 2.有明显心、肝、肾或造血功能损害者； 3.既往或者合并其他恶性肿瘤病史； 4.存在严重呼吸、泌尿、心血管、风湿免疫、神经系统及代谢性的基础疾病，有严重除肠道疾病以外的消化系统疾病； 5.患者对研究中使用的中药已知成分过敏者； 6.孕妇、哺乳期、精神病患者； 7.参加其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2.Individuals with obvious impairment of heart, liver, kidney, or hematopoietic function; 3.Previous or concurrent history of other malignant tumors; 4.Existence of severe respiratory, urinary, cardiovascular, rheumatic and immune, neurological, and metabolic underlying diseases, as well as severe digestive system diseases other than intestinal diseases; 5.Patients with allergies to known components of traditional Chinese medicine used in the study; 6.Pregnant women, lactating women, and patients with mental illness; 7.Participate in other clinical researchers.
