研究目的：

拟通过“通督调脏”针法联合早期康复治疗脑卒中急性期患者，来定量评价患者腰部竖脊肌健、患侧的形态学特征和肌肉硬度变化，并观察该疗法对其综合运动功能恢复的影响，分析其可能的途径。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of Tongdu Tiaozang acupuncture combined with early rehabilitation therapy on the morphological characteristics and muscle stiffness of lumbar erector spinae muscle in patients with acute stroke and to observe the effect of Tongdu Tiaozang acupuncture combined with early rehabilitation therapy on the recovery of comprehensive motor function and to analyze the possible ways.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合脑卒中诊断标准 ②首次发病 ③病程<2周 ④年龄 30-80岁 ⑤神志清楚，可完成一步指令 ⑥下肢Brunnstrom分期II期及以下

Inclusion criteria

①Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke ②first episode ③The course of disease was less than 2 weeks ④The age ranged from 30 to 80 years ⑤Clear mind to complete one step instructions ⑥Brunnstrom stage of lower extremity II or below

排除标准：

①不能耐受针刺治疗者； ②存在深静脉血栓或严重骨质疏松等康复治疗禁忌症者； ③合并其他疾病导致运动或平衡功能受损者； ④腰部皮肤破溃不能行超声检查者； ⑤合并严重的心肺肝肾功能不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients who could not tolerate acupuncture treatment; ②patients with contraindications to rehabilitation therapy such as deep vein thrombosis or severe osteoporosis; ③ Combined with other diseases leading to motor or balance function impairment; ④ Lumbar skin ulceration can not be examined by ultrasound; ⑤ complicated with severe heart lung liver and kidney dysfunction.
