研究目的：

（1）通过临床随机对照试验，验证基于全息理论的耳部铜砭刮痧疗法对老年胸痹气虚血瘀证患者便秘症状的护理效果； （2）为临床有效护理老年胸痹气虚血瘀证便秘患者提供新探索、新思路、新方法，并为耳部铜砭刮痧技术的应用及推广提供参考依据。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Through clinical randomized controlled trials to verify the nursing effect of ear copper needle scraping therapy based on holographic theory on constipation symptoms in elderly patients with chest qi deficiency and blood stasis; (2) To provide new exploration new ideas and new methods for the effective clinical care of elderly patients with chest obstruction qi deficiency and constipation and provide reference for the application and promotion of ear copper needle scraping technology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合胸痹气虚血瘀证的诊断标准且CCS分级≤Ⅲ级； ②符合便秘诊断标准； ③年龄60～80岁，性别不限； ④同意接受耳部全息铜砭刮痧治疗，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria of chest obstruction qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and CCS grade; ② Meet the diagnostic criteria for constipation; ③ Age is 60~80 years old gender is not limited; ④ Agreed to receive the ear holographic copper needle scraping treatment and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①耳部皮肤有破溃、皮肤病等不能耐受者； ②伴有重要脏器功能不全等的患者； ③合并凝血功能障碍、严重的造血功能异常者； ④患有传染性疾病的患者； ⑤近一周内服用过影响消化道功能及排便药物者； ⑥经医生评估便秘症状严重随时会导致病情恶化者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Ear skin has rupture skin diseases and other intolerance; ② Patients with important organ dysfunction; ③ Patients with blood coagulation dysfunction and severe hematopoietic abnormalities; ④ Patients with infectious diseases; ⑤ Those who have taken drugs affecting digestive tract function and defecation in nearly a week; ⑥ The doctor has assessed that severe constipation symptoms can lead to deterioration at any time.

运用计算机产生1-74随机序列，将例老年胸痹气虚血瘀证便秘患者按入院的先后顺序进行编号，将编号与随机数字表上任一列相对应，位于奇数号码的患者为对照组，偶数号码的患者为观察组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Computer was used to generate 1-74 random sequence and the elderly patients with chest obstruction qi deficiency blood stasis and constipation were numbered according to the order of admission and the number was corresponding to the first column of the random number table. Patients with odd numbers were the control group and the patients with even numbers were the observation group.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据由课题小组成员完成采集，采集过程中注意数据是否正确、完整，采集后的数据由两名研究生交叉核对并录入记录表中。数据管理主要依靠电子管理系统进行管理，确保数据的有效保存以及后期的数据分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data was collected by the members of the research group and attention was paid to whether the data was correct and complete during the collection process. The collected data were cross-checked by two graduate students and entered into the record form. Data management mainly relied on the electronic management system to ensure the effective preservation of the data and the later data analysis.
