研究目的：

本课题通过循证研究方法，确定时间因素对艾灸治疗脑卒中便秘临床疗效的影响，以期为临床选择优效的操作时间提供证据，优化施灸时间方案，为探寻循证背景下最佳灸量脐药灸治疗脑卒中便秘疾病提供信息支持。并通过中医针灸基础理论及子午流注理论研究，拟采用随机对照试验，进行临床干预性研究，探索药物、穴位、时辰给药的多重治疗作用。探讨如何最大限度发挥脐药灸护理脑卒中便秘疾病的优势，期于为临床灸法规范化治疗提供一些参考依据

Objectives of Study：

This project uses evidence-based research methods to determine the influence of time factor on the clinical efficacy of moxibustion in the treatment of stroke constipation in order to provide evidence for the clinical selection of effective operation time optimize the moxibustion time plan and provide information support for exploring the optimal amount of moxibustion in the treatment of stroke constipation in the context of evidence-based evidence. Through the research on the basic theory of acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of meridian flow it is planned to use randomized controlled trials to conduct clinical intervention studies to explore the multiple therapeutic effects of drugs acupuncture points and hour administration. This paper explores how to maximize the advantages of umbilical moxibustion in the care of stroke and constipation and hopes to provide some reference for the standardized treatment of clinical moxibustion

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1、对照组：给予基础治疗，主要包括常规基础治疗及护理干预 2、子午流注择时脐药灸干预组：根据子午流注理论，因此子午流注干预组在给予常规基础治疗及护理干预基础上，选择05:00-11:00时间段（卯时、辰时、巳时），进行脐药灸基础操作步骤护理干预。 3、其他时间脐药灸干预组：在给予常规基础治疗及护理干预基础上，选择干预时间：为除 05:00-11:00的日间时间段，进行脐药灸基础操作步骤护理干预。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1. Control group: basic treatment was given mainly including conventional basic treatment and nursing intervention 2. Meridian flow injection timed umbilical cord moxibustion intervention group: According to the theory of meridian flow injection the meridian flow injection intervention group selected the time period from 05:00 to 11:00 (Mao hour hour time and midday time) on the basis of conventional basic treatment and nursing intervention and carried out the nursing intervention of the basic operation steps of umbilical medicine and moxibustion. 3. Umbilical cord moxibustion intervention group at other times: on the basis of the conventional basic treatment and nursing intervention the intervention time was selected: except for the daytime period from 05:00 to 11:00 the nursing intervention of the basic operation steps of umbilical cord moxibustion was carried out.

纳入标准：

①符合脑卒中中西医诊断标准，经 CT 或 MRI 确诊并做出临床诊断； ②符合便秘中西医诊断标准； ③年龄在≧18岁； ④病程在1-24 个月，中风发作次数≤3次； ⑤病情稳定，意识清醒，无失语及严重的认知障碍症状，能配合量表评定者； ⑥经告知后，患者及患者家属知情同意，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for stroke and be diagnosed by CT or MRI and make a clinical diagnosis; (2) Meet the diagnostic standards of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for constipation; (3) Aged ≧ 18 years old; (4) The course of the disease was 1-24 months and the number of strokes ≤ 3 times; (5) Those who are stable conscious have no aphasia and severe symptoms of cognitive impairment and can cooperate with the scale assessment; (6) After being informed the patient and the patient's family should give informed consent and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①发病后各项生命体征不平稳者； ②有肠道器质性病变者； ③合并严重心、肝、肾等内科疾病者； ④2 周内因脑卒中便秘采用过其他相关中西医治疗者； ⑤近３个月内参加过其他临床试验者； ⑥不能配合吕氏脐药灸治疗者； ⑦脐部有皮肤破溃及伤口者； ⑧对灸法治疗存在禁忌者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those whose vital signs are unstable after the onset of the disease; (2) Those with intestinal organic lesions; (3) Patients with serious heart liver kidney and other internal diseases; (4) Those who have been treated with other related traditional Chinese and Western medicine for stroke and constipation within 2 weeks; (5) Those who have participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months; (6) Those who cannot cooperate with Lu's umbilical moxibustion treatment; (7) Those with skin ulcers and wounds in the umbilicus; (8) Those who have contraindications to moxibustion treatment
