研究目的：

采用观察性研究的方法，纳入真实世界中社区获得性肺炎患儿，根据主要治疗药物的不同分为不同队列，从病原体诊断方法、抗生素应用情况、中医药辅助治疗效果等方面进行观察研究，从而评价真实世界中医药的应用情况，比较不同队列主要疗效指标间的差异，为优化中西医结合治疗儿童社区获得性肺炎诊疗方案提供研究证据。

Objectives of Study：

Adopt the method of observational studies, into the real world in children with community-acquired pneumonia, divided into different queue, according to the main drug from pathogen diagnosis methods, application of antibiotics, observed auxiliary therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine, etc, to evaluate the application of traditional Chinese medicine to the real world situation, comparing the differences between different queue main curative effect,To provide research evidence for optimizing the diagnosis and treatment plan of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine for children's community-acquired pneumonia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合西医儿童社区获得性肺炎诊断标准者； 2.年龄≥12个月，≤14岁； 3.法定监护人理解并签署了知情同意书者（能理解并可签写自己姓名的8岁以上患儿也需签署）。

Inclusion criteria

1.Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of community-acquired pneumonia for children in western medicine; 2.Age ≥12 months, ≤14 years old; 3.The legal guardian understands and signs the informed consent(Children over 8 years of age who understand and can sign their names also need to sign).

排除标准：

1.合并除儿童社区获得性肺炎外其它呼吸系统疾病发作期者； 2.对推荐使用药物过敏者； 3.近三个月内参加或正在参加其它药物临床试验的患者； 4.研究者认为不适合纳入临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with onset of respiratory diseases other than children's community-acquired pneumonia; 2. Allergic to the recommended use of drugs; 3. Patients who have participated in or are participating in clinical trials of other drugs within the last 3 months; 4. Subjects deemed unsuitable for inclusion in clinical trials by the investigator.
