研究目的：

目的一：在CKD-5D期西医常规治疗基础上，构建个体化适应性非药物疗法（辨证施灸）诊疗策略。为中医临床研究提供“法统病证”非药物疗法的亚群化动静态平行组设计临床研究范例。 目的二：为构建统计预测模型，预测个体化诊疗疗效，收集中医治疗组和西医治疗组人群诊疗数据。

Objectives of Study：

Objective1 : On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment in CKD-5D stage the diagnosis and treatment strategy of individualized adaptive non-drug therapy ( syndrome differentiation moxibustion ) was constructed. It provides a clinical research example of subgroup dynamic and static parallel group design of non-drug therapy for clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine. Objective2 : In order to construct a statistical prediction model to predict the efficacy of individualized diagnosis and treatment the diagnosis and treatment data of the Chinese medicine treatment group and the western medicine treatment group were collected.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18-80周岁； （2）符合终末期肾脏病西医诊断标准； （3）符合脾肾阳虚证、脾肾气虚证、阴阳两虚证、气阴两虚证的中医证候诊断标准； （4）规律血液透析≥3个月； （5）意识清楚，无精神病史或人格障碍； （6）积极配合问卷调查，对中西医治疗医嘱依从性良好； （7）自愿参加试验并签署《知情同意书》。

Inclusion criteria

( 1 ) aged 18-80 years old ; ( 2 ) In line with the Western diagnostic criteria for end-stage renal disease ; ( 3 ) Conform to the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome yin and yang deficiency syndrome qi and yin deficiency syndrome ; ( 4 ) Regular hemodialysis ≥ 3 months ; ( 5 ) clear consciousness no history of mental illness or personality disorder ; ( 6 ) Actively cooperate with the questionnaire survey and have good compliance with Chinese and Western medicine treatment orders ; ( 7 ) Volunteered to participate in the trial and signed the ' informed consent '.

排除标准：

（1）预期寿命不足1年者； （2）合并严重心脑血管疾病、严重原发性疾病、急性感染、恶性肿瘤、胃肠道与肝脏严重疾 病、骨折者； （3）对中西医治疗医嘱依从性不佳； （4）艾烟过敏者，有皮肤过敏史者； （5）施术局部皮肤破损或有感染灶及温度感觉障碍者； （6）3个月内有手术者； （7）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； （8）精神疾病、心理障碍等不能配合调查者； （9）正在或近1个月内参加其他临床研究者； （10）实热证、阴虚证者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Life expectancy of less than one year; (2) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases severe primary diseases acute infections malignant tumors severe gastrointestinal and liver diseases and fractures; (3) Poor adherence to medical instructions of Chinese and western medicine; (4) People who are allergic to Moxa tobacco and have a history of skin allergy; (5) Patients with local skin damage or infection and temperature sensory impairment; (6) Surgery within 3 months; (7) Pregnant or lactating women; (8) Mental illness psychological disorders etc. can not cooperate with investigators; (9) Participating in other clinical investigators within or near 1 month; (10) Solid heat syndrome Yin deficiency syndrome.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

（1）本研究应用电子化病例报告表(e-CRF)进行数据采集与管理，研究者填写电子病例报告表（e-CRF），保证数据记录及时、完整、准确、真实。 （2）研究者登录系统，进行数据录入，再由本中心质控员登录系统对每一项数据进行原始数据核对，对与原始病历不一致的结果值发出质疑，研究者针对质疑列表逐项核对原始数据，予以更正。以确保数据库的数据与原始记录表中数据一致。对标记完成后的数据做任何修改均需提供修改理由，并留有稽查痕迹。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

( 1 ) In this study the electronic case report form ( e-CRF ) was used for data collection and management. The researchers filled in the electronic case report form ( e-CRF ) to ensure that the data were recorded in a timely complete accurate and true manner. ( 2 ) The researcher logged in to the system for data entry and then the quality control system of the center logged in to check the original data for each data and questioned the result value inconsistent with the original medical record. The researcher checked the original data item by item for the query list and corrected it. To ensure that the data of the database is consistent with the data in the original record table. Any modification of the data after the completion of the markup needs to provide reasons for the modification and leave a trace of inspection.
