研究目的：

（1）探索进行对比热敏化选穴和常规选穴的大型临床研究的可行性。（2）探索热敏化选穴和常规选穴治疗膝骨关节炎的差异

Objectives of Study：

(1) Explore the feasibility of a large-scale clinical study comparing thermal sensitization-based acupoint selection with conventional acupoint selection. (2) Explore the differences between thermal sensitization-based and conventional acupoint selection in treating knee osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄45-75岁之间，男女不限； （2）符合美国风湿病学会膝骨关节炎诊断标准； （3）单/双侧膝关节疼痛，病程超过3个月； （4）6个月以内的放射检查显示Kellgren-Lawrence的标准分级为II或III级； （5）过去一周平地行走时平均膝部疼痛VAS评分 ≥ 40mm； （6）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) aged 45-75 any gender; (2) meet the American College of Rheumatology diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis; (3) report knee pain for more than 3 months; (4) had radiological examination within 6 months indicating Ⅱ or Ⅲ in Kellgren–Lawrence grade; (5) Score 40mm or greater in visual analogue scale about walking on flat ground for the past week; (6) Willing to sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）有膝关节手术史或正在等待膝关节手术（膝关节置换或膝关节镜手术） （2）其他疾病引起的膝部疼痛（如关节游离体、关节腔严重积液、感染、恶性肿瘤、自身免疫疾病、外伤、骨折、痛风、腰骶椎疾病等）； （3）评价关节1年之内有关节镜检查史、近6个月有关节腔注射史； （4）近6月内接受针刺治疗； （5）严重的急性或慢性器质性或精神神经类疾病； （6）凝血功能障碍疾病（如血友病等）； （7）具有心脏起搏器或患有癫痫； （8）备孕、妊娠期及哺乳期妇女； （9）近1个月内参加其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of knee joint surgery or waiting for knee joint surgery (knee replacement or knee arthroscopy surgery); (2) knee pain due to other pathologies (e.g. meniscus tear rheumatoid arthritis joint cavity infection malignancy gout lumbosacral diseases with symptom of lower extremity etc.); (3) arthroscopy history within 1 year or intraarticular injection history within 6 months for the evaluating knee; (4) either knee having received acupuncture/exercise therapy in the last 6 months; (5) severe acute or chronic organic or neuropsychiatric disorder; (6) disorders of coagulopathy (e.g. hemophilia); (7) pacemakers or epilepsy; (8) pregnancy preparation pregnant or lactation period; (9) participated in other clinical studies within the past 1 month.

随机序列由独立的统计人员使用STATA 17 软件编程产生。采用不透明的密封信封用于分配隐藏，信封外部以序号编写，内部包含记录有随机号和分组信息的纸条。随机分配顺序和不透明密封信封由独立的研究人员保管。

The random sequence will be generated by independent statistician using STATA 17 software. Opaque sealed envelopes will be used for allocation concealment with the external side labeled with a serial number and the internal contents containing slips of paper with random numbers and group assignment information. The randomization order and opaque sealed envelopes will be kept by independent researcher.
