研究目的：

采用电针耳迷走神经对功能性消化不良患者进行治疗，通过症状评分、生活质量评分、HAMD，HAMA、中医症状量化进行评分，评价电针耳迷走神经对功能性消化不良患者症状、体征、及精神状态的改善程度。

Objectives of Study：

Auricular vagus nerve stimulation(aVNS) is used to treat patients with functional dyspepsia. The degree of improvement in symptoms, physical signs, and mental state of patients with functional dyspepsia is evaluated by aVNS through the evaluation of dyspepsia symptom score, quality of life score, HAMD, HAMA, and traditional Chinese medicine symptom quantification.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

（1）符合罗马IV诊断标准为功能性消化不良； （2）年龄在18-75岁之间； （3）近1月内未接受过本疾病的针灸相关治疗； （4）自愿参加本课题，告知本课题研究情况并签订知情同意书者。 患者需符合以上所有条件。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Compliant with Roman IV diagnostic criteria for functional dyspepsia; (2) Between the ages of 18 and 75; (3) Have not received acupuncture and moxibustion related treatment for this disease in the past 1 month; (4) Those who voluntarily participate in this project, inform of the research status of this project, and sign an informed consent form. The patient must meet all the above conditions.

排除标准：

（1）拒绝签知情同意书； （2）胃镜或钡餐、腹部超声检查提示上消化道器质性疾病(消化性溃疡、胃食管反流病、胃肠道肿瘤)已经有腹部手术病史者； （3）意识不清、曾经有精神病史或者正患有精神病的患者； （4）恶性肿瘤以及其他严重消耗性疾病者； （5）合并心血管以及肝肾功能不全患者； （6）孕妇和哺乳期患者。 如果患者符合以上任何一项内容，则不能参加本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Refusing to sign an informed consent form; (2) Gastroscopy or barium meal, abdominal ultrasound examination indicates a history of upper gastrointestinal organic diseases (peptic ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease, gastrointestinal tumors) with a history of abdominal surgery; (3) Patients with unclear consciousness, a history of mental illness, or currently suffering from mental illness; (4) Malignant tumors and other severe wasting diseases; (5) Patients with combined cardiovascular and liver kidney dysfunction; (6) Pregnant women and lactating patients. If the patient meets any of the above criteria, they cannot participate in this study.

本研究采用单中心随机方法。使用 SPSS24.0 产生随机分配序列，并将分配序列放入密封、不透光的信封中，患者按就诊顺序领取信封。在获得每位患者的知情同意后，不参与结果评估或治疗的研究协调员按数字顺序打开信封。基线和后续评估由接受过专门培训的并且设盲的评估员进行。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A single center random method is used in this study. Use SPSS 24.0 to generate a random allocation sequence, and place the allocation sequence in a sealed, opaque envelope. Patients will receive the envelope in the order of their visit. After obtaining the informed consent of each patient, the study coordinator who did not participate in outcome evaluation or treatment opens the envelopes in numerical order. Baseline and subsequent evaluations are conducted by trained and blinded assessors.
