研究目的：

解决通过构建、应用及评价针对我国慢性盆腔患者的基于证据的个性化中医护理技术管理方案，提供创新性的慢病中医护理健康管理新模式。本研究基于MRC复杂干预研究框架，首次构建《中医护理技术辅助治疗盆腔炎性后遗症管理方案》，随后采用RCT研究，从医院管理者、医疗实践提供者和患者多角度进行效果评价。

Objectives of Study：

Through the construction application and evaluation of individualized evidence-based Chinese medicine nursing technology management scheme for chronic pelvic patients in China to provide an innovative new model of chronic disease Chinese medicine nursing health management. Based on the MRC complex intervention research framework this study first established the "Management Scheme of TCM Nursing Technology Assisted Treatment of pelvic inflammatory sequelae" and then adopted RCT research to evaluate the effect from multiple perspectives of hospital managers medical practice providers and patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

女性，年龄≥18岁；符合中华人民共和国卫生部《中药新药临床研究指导原则》和第9版《妇产科学》中盆腔炎性后遗症的诊断标准；自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Female ≥18 years old; In line with the diagnostic criteria of pelvic inflammatory sequelae in the Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine and the 9th edition of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China; Volunteer to participate in this study.

排除标准：

（1）有精神病史； （2）对中药过敏或者对艾草过敏者； （3）治疗部位有严重皮肤损伤或皮肤病者 ； （4）孕妇及哺乳期妇女 ； （6）急腹症、消化道出血、肠道手术史或者大便失禁者； （7）伴有心、肝、肾等严重病变者、造血系统疾病等患者 。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have a history of mental illness; (2) Allergic to Chinese medicine or wormwood; (3) Serious skin injury or skin disease at the treatment site; (4) Pregnant and lactating women; (6) Patients with acute abdomen gastrointestinal bleeding intestinal surgery history or fecal incontinence; (7) Patients with serious diseases of the heart liver kidney and hematopoietic system.
