研究目的：

颈椎病是当今社会多发性疾病，已有年轻化趋势。主要表现为颈部疼痛、伴或不伴有手麻、头晕等，严重时行走不稳，握力下降等表现。现代社会的办公方式和生活作息已严重损伤着颈椎的正常功能。针对颈椎病的治疗，西医主要以药物为主，治疗时间长、药物不良反应大，极易影响患者治疗依从性，导致治疗中断甚至引起复治、耐药等情况的发生。中医的电针疗法是利用电针刺激穴位以达到治疗的一种疗法，具有疏通经络、调和气血和补肾健脾等作用。现有研究已经证实，电针在改善颈椎不适、缓解头晕手麻以及睡眠功能的方面具有确切疗效。因此，本研究拟通过随机对照研究，明确电针改善颈椎病患者的临床效果，弥补药物治疗的不足，提高临床疗效和患者的生命质量。

Objectives of Study：

Cervical spondylosis is a frequently-occurring disease in today's society, and it has a tendency to be younger. The main manifestations are neck pain, with or without hand numbness, dizziness, etc. In severe cases, walking is unstable, and grip strength is decreased. The normal function of the cervical vertebra has been seriously damaged by the way of working and living in modern society. For the treatment of cervical spondylosis, western medicine is mainly based on drugs. The treatment time is long and the adverse drug reactions are large, which can easily affect the patient's treatment compliance, leading to interruption of treatment and even retreatment and drug resistance. Electro-acupuncture in traditional Chinese medicine is a therapy that uses electro-acupuncture to stimulate acupuncture points to achieve treatment. Existing studies have confirmed that electroacupuncture has definite curative effects in improving cervical discomfort, relieving dizziness, hand numbness, and sleep function. Therefore, this study intends to clarify the clinical effect of electroacupuncture in improving cervical spondylosis patients through a randomized controlled study, make up for the insufficiency of drug treatment, and improve the clinical efficacy and the quality of life of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1) 年龄18-75岁，男女不限； 2) 符合颈椎病诊断标准，且VAS≥3分； 3) 认知及沟通能力正常，知情同意，能配合参与调查，并能定期随访者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 18-75 years old, male or female; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis, and VAS≥3 points; 3) Those with normal cognitive and communication skills, informed consent, able to cooperate with participating in the investigation, and regular follow-up.

排除标准：

1) 合并心血管、脑血管、肝、肾、造血、消化系统等严重疾病或精神病者； 2) 或有其他绝对手术指征，必须进行手术治疗者； 3) 1个月内接受过颈椎病相关治疗，或曾接受其他有关治疗可能影响本研究的效应指标观测者； 4) 不能正确理解并填写与研究相关的各种量表者； 5) 不愿加入本试验者； 6) 研究者认为不宜参加本研究的其它情况者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those with serious diseases or mental illnesses such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic, digestive system; 2) or have other absolute indications for surgery, and must undergo surgical treatment; 3) Received cervical spondylosis-related treatment within 1 month, or received other relevant treatment that may affect the effect index observers of this study; 4) Those who cannot correctly understand and fill in various scales related to the research; 5) Those who are unwilling to join the experiment; 6) Other situations that the researcher considers unsuitable to participate in this study.
