评价芪椒通络洗剂干预糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qijiao Tongluo Lotion in the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合糖尿病周围神经病变的疾病诊断。 ②年龄≥18 岁，且≤85 岁； ③符合《中药新药临床研究指导原则（试行）》[12]DPN的诊断及中医分型标准，证属气阴两虚型； ④Toronto 临床评分≥6 分者； ⑤自愿参加并知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

① It is consistent with the diagnosis of diabetes peripheral neuropathy. ② Age ≥ 18 years old and ≤ 85 years old; ③ Complies with the diagnostic and TCM classification criteria of DPN in the "Guidelines for Clinical Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine New Drugs (Trial)" and belongs to the Qi Yin deficiency type; ④ Patients with a Toronto clinical score of ≥ 6; ⑤ Voluntarily participate and provide informed consent.

排除标准：

①对足浴药物过敏者；②妊娠期、哺乳期患者；③足部皮肤破溃者；④合并严重疾病及急性感染性疾病患者等；⑤引起周围神经病变的其他疾病：如脑梗塞等。

Exclusion criteria：

① Individuals allergic to foot bath drugs; ② Pregnant and lactating patients; ③ Patients with broken foot skin; ④ Patients with severe diseases and acute infectious diseases; ⑤ Other diseases that cause peripheral neuropathy such as cerebral infarction.

主症（四肢肢端疼痛、肢体麻木、感觉减退、四肢发凉）及次症（腰膝酸软、肌肉萎缩、倦怠乏力、失眠）按正常、轻度、中度、重度进行分级量化赋分。多伦多临床评分系统（TCSS） 包括3部分：感觉（异常1分，正常0分）、症状（有1分，无0分）、反射（无2分，减弱1分，正常0分）。在干预前后分别进行评分，分值越高，病情越严重。

The Toronto Clinical Scoring System (TCSS) consists of three parts: sensation (1 point abnormal, 0 points normal), symptoms (1 point present, 0 points absent), and reflexes (2 points absent, 1 point weakened, 0 points normal). before and after intervention, the higher the score, the more severe the condition.
