研究目的：

1.基于“虚热瘀毒”理论开展中医药治疗ILD的前瞻性队列研究，系统评价中医药治疗ILD的临床疗效； 2.构建ILD长期随访观察和中远期疗效评价的模式，初步形成中医药治疗ILD的诊疗方案； 3.搭建中医药治疗ILD临床数据库和生物样本库。

Objectives of Study：

1.A prospective cohort study of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of interstitial lung disease was carried out based on the theory of "deficiency, heat and blood stasis" 2.Construct the model of long-term observation and follow-up and medium-and long-term effect evaluation of interstitial lung disease, and initially form the diagnosis and treatment plan of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of interstitial lung disease. 3.To build the clinical database and biological sample database of interstitial lung disease treated by traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合 ILD 诊断（由两名呼吸内科医生、影像学科医生联合会诊诊断）； 2.具备交流和一定的认知能力； 3.已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.In accordance with ILD diagnosis (diagnosed by two respiratory physicians and imaging doctors). 2.Have the ability to communicate and have a certain degree of cognitive ability. 3.Informed consent has been signed.

排除标准：

1.年龄<18 或 >85 岁； 2.有明显沟通或其他运动障碍的患者； 3.怀孕、哺乳期妇女、不易控制的精神病患者； 4.对本研究中药物过敏患者； 5.正在进行其他临床研究患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Aged under 18 or over 85; 2.Patients with obvious communication or other motor disorders; 3.Pregnant and lactating women and mentally ill patients who are difficult to control; 4.Patients with drug allergy in this study; 5.Patients undergoing other clinical studies.

基于 WAMP（Windows+PHP+Apache+My SQL）平台作为数据库系统开发和运行平台。由经过中心培训的调研人员完成纸质调查表文件的填写，然后双人重复核对的方式手工录入平台。
