研究目的：

回顾性研究儿童寰枢关节旋转半脱位（ Atlantoaxial rotatory suluxation，AARS）新的亚型分型原则是否可以指导手法整复，提高手法整复成功率。

Objectives of Study：

A retrospective study was conducted to investigate whether the new subtype of atlantoaxial rotatory suluxation in children can guide manipulation and improve the success rate of manipulation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

手法治疗需要根据不同的分组进行：头部侧屈的方向主要为纠正侧方移位，头部旋转的方向主要为纠正旋转移位。其原则主要是依照影像学检查结果，根据寰枢关节半脱位的方向，给予相反的作用力及顺势的牵引力。主要原则就是纠正寰椎侧块的下关节面和枢椎的上关节面的侧方移位及旋转移位。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Manual therapy was administered according to randomized group assignments. The direction of lateral head flexion was primarily employed to correct lateral displacement while head rotation was mainly used to address rotational displacement. The treatment principle was based on radiographic findings applying counteracting forces and directional traction opposite to the identified atlantoaxial subluxation. The fundamental objective was to realign the inferior articular surface of the atlas (C1) with the superior articular surface of the axis (C2) correcting both lateral and rotational misalignments.

纳入标准：

1.CT检查符合寰枢关节半脱位诊断标准，分型为Fielding and Hawkins I型和II型； 2.年龄4-16岁，性别不限； 3.病程小于3天； 4.自愿加入本试验，监护人签署“知情同意书”。

Inclusion criteria

1.CT examination was consistent with the diagnostic criteria of atlantoaxial rotatory subluxation Fielding and Hawkins type I and II. 2. Age 4-16 years old with gender unlimited; 3. The duration of the disease is less than 3 days; 4. Voluntarily participate in this experiment the guardian signs the "informed consent".

排除标准：

1.经骨科专科体检及相应检查排除寰枢关节脱位或枢椎骨折； 2.寰枢关节半脱位属于Fielding and Hawkins III型和IV型； 3.病程超过3天，手法治疗效果欠佳者； 4.患者年龄大于16岁； 5.创伤、肿瘤或骨折引起的病例； 6.有其他自身免疫性疾病、变态反应性疾病和急、慢性感染者； 7.不愿加入本试验者； 8.目前正在参加其他临床试验者； 9.研究者认为不宜参加研究的其它情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with combined atlantoaxial dislocation or axial fracture was excluded after orthopaedic specialist physical examination and corresponding examination; 2. Atlantoaxial rotatory subluxation Fielding and Hawkins types III and IV; 3. Patients with more than 3 days of disease and poor effect of manipulation; 4. The patient is over 16 years old; 5. Cases caused by trauma tumor or fracture; 6. Other autoimmune diseases allergic diseases acute and chronic infections; 7. Those who do not want to join this experiment; 8. Currently participating in other clinical trials; 9. Other circumstances in which the investigator considers it inappropriate to participate in the study
