Objectives of Study:

This study intends to observe the changes in heart rate, blood pressure, blood lipids, abdominal circumference, BMI body mass index, as well as the cervical dysfunction index (NDI) score, neck joint range (ROM), visual simulation pain scale (VAS) score and quality of life summary table (SF-36) through standardized Baduanjin training in the community, and after 12 weeks of exercise, through the Tinnetti gait scale, four-stage balance test, timing stand-up walk test, The chair test evaluates the change of fall risk, and at the same time uses infrared thermal imager to observe the change of regional temperature of the body before and after the exercise to assess the change of sub-health state, and compared with the eighth set of broadcast gymnastics group, evaluates the intervention effect of Baduanjin on the sub-health, metabolic syndrome, cervical spine discomfort, anti-fall and other physiological functions and quality of life of community residents, explores safe and effective prevention and treatment methods of sub-health, metabolic syndrome, cervical spondylosis and improvement of anti-fall risk, and provides a theoretical and practical basis for the community promotion of traditional Chinese medicine practice.

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria;
(2) In the onset of spinal-related diseases;
(3) Those with fever or other systemic or local infections;
(4) Surgery within one year or pregnant women;
(5) Those with severe visual impairment or have heart, brain, lung diseases, tumors, bleeding tendencies, etc. with potential risks;
(6) Those who are unable to cooperate with the research or refuse to sign the informed consent form.
