研究目的：

比较穴位注射中使用的不同药物，以确定药物预防PONV的有效性。本实验拟比较生理盐水、维生素B1和地塞米松组合三种药物不同的配比方案，用于双下肢足三里注射对腹腔镜手术术后恶心呕吐的效果，为围术期穴位内注射用药提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

Different drugs used in acupoint injections were compared to determine the effectiveness of drugs in preventing PONV. The aim of this study is to compare the effects of three different combinations of normal saline vitamin B1 and dexamethasone on postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) after laparoscopic surgery by Zusanli injection of lower limbs so as to provide reference for perioperative acupoint injection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-65岁；2.ASA分级Ⅰ、Ⅱ级的女性患者； 3.不吸烟者 ；4.麻醉方式为全身麻醉 ；5.手术方式为腹腔镜手术 ；6.术前体格检查及实验室检查基本正常； 7.精神状态良好，依从性好

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-65 years old; 2. Female patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ; 3. Never smoked; 4. General anesthesia; 5. Laparoscopic surgery; 6. The preoperative physical examination and laboratory examination were basically normal. 7. Good mental state and good compliance

排除标准：

1.有控制不好的高血压、糖尿病、冠心病等慢性疾病，或严重器官功能不全的患者； 2.有精神病史或长期应用精神类药物 ；3.穿刺部位有破损、感染的患者；4.长期服用糖皮质激素或对其过敏者 ；5.术前肺、肝、肾功能异常、凝血功能异常患者； 6.近期使用镇静药物或止吐药物的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension diabetes coronary heart disease and other chronic diseases or severe organ dysfunction; 2. History of mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 3. Patients with puncture site damage or infection; 4. Long-term use of glucocorticoids or allergic to them; 5. Patients with abnormal lung liver kidney function and coagulation function before operation; 6. Patients with recent use of sedatives or antiemetics
