研究目的：

1.明确针刺“鬼穴”治疗焦虑性失眠的临床疗效，为临床提出针刺“鬼穴”可改善焦虑性失眠患者临床症状及调节机体自主神经功能的论述提供可靠依据。 2.形成针刺“鬼穴”治疗焦虑性失眠的治疗方案，为临床推广和应用提供指导。

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the clinical efficacy of acupuncture "ghost point" in the treatment of anxiety insomnia and to provide a reliable basis for the clinical discussion that acupuncture "ghost point" can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with anxiety insomnia and regulate the autonomic nervous function of the body. 2. Form the treatment plan of acupuncture "ghost point" to treat anxiety insomnia and provide guidance for clinical promotion and application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合上述有关失眠和焦虑障碍的诊断标准； ②匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分>7分； ③汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分≥14分且<29分； ④年龄18~65 周岁，男女不限； ⑤病程≥6个月； ⑥身体一般情况可，神志清楚，表达能力正常，初中以上文化，无明显影响测评的视力或听力障碍； ⑦签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the above diagnostic criteria for insomnia and anxiety disorders; (2) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score >7; (3) Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) scores ≥14 and <29; Age 18~65 years old male and female; (5) Duration of disease ≥6 months; ⑥ Good physical condition clear mind normal expression ability junior high school education or above no visual or hearing impairment that significantly affects the assessment; ⑦ Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①孕期、哺乳期妇女； ②已知的酗酒或物质依赖者； ③严重失语、失认无法沟通者； ④排除其他疾病引起的失眠，排除严重内科疾病，排除其他类型的精神疾病头部外伤史、特殊服药史(如单胺氧化酶抑制剂、糖皮质激素等)等； ⑤排除甲亢、房室传导阻滞、重症肌无力等氟哌噻吨美利曲辛使用禁忌的疾病； ⑥已接受其他治疗方案者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Pregnant and lactating women; ② known alcoholics or substance dependents; ③ severe aphasia agnosia and inability to communicate; (4) Exclude insomnia caused by other diseases exclude serious medical diseases exclude other types of mental illness head trauma history special medication history (such as monoamine oxidase inhibitors glucocorticoids etc.); (5) Diseases contraindicated with the use of flupentixol melitracen such as hyperthyroidism atrioventricular block and myasthenia gravis were excluded; ⑥ Those who have received other treatment options.

西药组予盐酸帕罗西汀片(乐友)+佐匹克隆片(三辰)口服治疗，服用方法：日间早餐后服用盐酸帕罗西汀片，20-40mg/次，1次/天，夜间睡前半小时服用佐匹克隆，7.5mg/次，1次/天。治疗周期为4周。

The Western medicine group received oral treatment with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets (Leyou) and zopiclone tablets (Sanchen). The administration method was to take paroxetine hydrochloride tablets 20-40mg once a day after breakfast during the day, and zopiclone 7.5mg once a day half an hour before bedtime at night. The treatment cycle is 4 weeks.

采用临床观察试验设计，严格按照诊断标准、纳入标准和排除标准筛选病例，确定入组后，按照简单随机数字表法进行随机化操作。
