研究目的：

通过研究“通、泻、调”耳穴三部法对肝郁化火型失眠人群的应用效果，以进一步规范中医操作技术，形成操作规范，便于医院及社区推广应用，

Objectives of Study：

By studying the application effect of the three-part method of "Tong Laxative and Modulating" auricular acupoints on people with insomnia caused by liver depression and fire in order to further standardize the operation technology of traditional Chinese medicine and form an operation standard which is convenient for the promotion and application of hospitals and communities.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

符合诊断标准，以失眠为主症；年龄在 18-70岁；1个月内未接受其他相关治疗；签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Meet the diagnostic criteria, with insomnia as the main symptom; Age 18-70 years; No other related treatment within 1 month; Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

对使用药物过敏；继发性失眠及假性失眠患者；合并其他严重疾病；局部皮肤受损，不适合耳穴压豆治疗；孕妇或哺乳期妇女；参加其他临床试验患者； 年龄在18岁以下或70岁以上；不符合纳入标准，未按规定治疗无法判断疗效或资料不全等影响疗效或安全性判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

allergies to the use of medications; Patients with secondary insomnia and pseudoinsomnia; Comorbid with other serious diseases; Locally damaged skin not suitable for auricular pressure bean treatment; Pregnant or lactating women; Patients enrolled in other clinical trials; Be under the age of 18 or over the age of 70; Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria cannot judge the efficacy without prescribed treatment or have incomplete data that affect the efficacy or safety judgment.

本临床研究采用简单随机法进行，临床研究医师根据受试者进入研究的时间先后顺序依次编号，分配至不同组别。在本临床研究中试验组（1、2）与对照组共108例，按1：1 ：1简单分组方法，进行随机化处理，然后由主持人将分组内容封存，待病人就诊后依次拆开，按内容指示分配至其组中。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This clinical study was conducted using a simple randomization method and the clinical investigators were assigned to different groups according to the chronological order in which the subjects entered the study. In this clinical study a total of 108 patients in the experimental group (1 and 2) and the control group were randomized according to the simple group method of 1:1:1 and then the host sealed the contents of the group and the patients were disassembled in turn after treatment and assigned to their groups according to the content instructions.
