研究目的：

探讨超声引导下针刀治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效和潜在机制。

Objectives of Study：

Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy and potential mechanism of ultrasound-guided needle knife in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)符合颈型颈椎病诊断标准者； (2)年龄18～70周岁； (3)VAS评分≤7分； (4)患者意识清楚，无交流障碍，配合相关检查检验及治疗； (5)近30天内未接受过相类似的治疗及任何对本病有影响的治疗手段； (6)患者知情并同意接受针刀治疗，并同时知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis; (2) Age 18~70 years old; (3) VAS score ≤ 7 points; (4) The patient is conscious has no communication barrier and cooperates with relevant examinations tests and treatments; (5) Have not received similar treatment or any treatment that affects the disease in the past 30 days; (6) Patients who are informed and agree to receive acupuncture treatment and at the same time have informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)不符合诊断标准的患者，年龄在18岁以下或70岁以上患者； (2)妊娠期及哺乳期妇女； (3)己行颈椎手术者或有颈部外伤史患者； (4)合并有心、脑、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病或精神病患者； (5)有皮肤性疾病及传染性疾病的患者； (6)有糖尿病史且血糖控制不佳； (7)病情严重，不适合保守治疗或要求手术治疗的患者； (8)己经接受其他治疗，有可能影响本研究治疗效应指标观测的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The patients who did not meet the diagnostic criteria were under 18 years old or over 70 years old; (2) Pregnant and lactating women; (3) Patients who have undergone cervical surgery or have a history of cervical trauma; (4) Patients with severe primary diseases or mental disorders such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; (5) Patients with skin diseases and infectious diseases; (6) Have a history of diabetes and poor blood glucose control; (7) Patients with severe illness who are not suitable for conservative treatment or require surgical treatment; (8) Patients who have received other treatment and may affect the observation of treatment effect indicators in this study.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用完全随机化分组，借助SPSS23.0统计分析软件系统产生100个随机数字，再借助SPSS统计分析软件随机分为2组，制作随机卡，装入依次编号的信封。进入试验的病人按信封编号拆封取卡，并按照卡片序号分组及治疗。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

100 random numbers were generated by spss23.0 statistical analysis software system, and then randomly divided into two groups by SPSS statistical analysis software. Random cards were made and put into numbered envelopes. The patients who entered the trial were unpacked and taken the card according to the envelope number, and grouped and treated according to the card number.
