研究目的：

研究借助fNIRS脑功能网络对肝肺并调治疗TD的作用机制进行现代科学阐释。 主要研究终点：肝肺并调治疗TD对fNIRS脑功能网络的影响 次要研究终点： 对比健康儿童，观察TD患儿fNIRS的脑功能网络变化情况。

Objectives of Study：

The study utilizes functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) brain functional networks to provide a modern scientific interpretation of the mechanism of action of liver-lung coordinated therapy in treating Tourette's Disorder (TD). Primary endpoint: The impact of liver-lung coordinated therapy on TD as measured by changes in fNIRS brain functional networks. Secondary endpoint: Observation of changes in fNIRS brain functional networks in children with TD compared to healthy children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.TD患儿：3-18岁；符合TD诊断依从性好；签署知情同意书；近1月未用药物治疗者。 2. 健康儿童：3-18岁；无基础疾病的健康儿童；签署知情同意书；近1月未用药物治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children with TD (Tourette's Disorder): Ages 3-18; meet the diagnostic criteria for TD with good compliance; have signed the informed consent form; have not used medication for treatment in the past month. 2. Healthy children: Ages 3-18; healthy children without underlying diseases; have signed the informed consent form; have not used medication for treatment in the past month.

排除标准：

1. TD患儿排除标准：近 1 月已用药物干预治疗者；某些药物（如兴奋剂）或疾病（如亨廷顿舞蹈病或病毒感染后脑炎等）引起的继发性抽动障碍；习惯性痉挛或合并其他疾病且病情不稳定者；合并注意力缺陷多动障碍、抑郁症、焦虑症等精神系统疾病的患儿；不能配合治疗或未满规定观察而中断治疗，资料不全者；未签订知情同意书者。 2. 健康儿童排除标准：近1个月有呼吸道感染病史或已知的链球菌感染相关病史；资料不全者；未签订知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclusion criteria for children with TD: Those who have received medication intervention treatment within the last month; secondary tic disorders caused by certain drugs (such as stimulants) or diseases (such as Huntington's chorea or post-viral encephalitis etc.); habitual spasms or those with other unstable diseases; children with comorbid attention deficit hyperactivity disorder depression anxiety and other mental system diseases; those who cannot cooperate with treatment or interrupt treatment before the specified observation period with incomplete data; those who have not signed the informed consent form. 2. Exclusion criteria for healthy children: Those with a history of respiratory tract infection within the last month or known history of streptococcal infection-related diseases; those with incomplete data; those who have not signed the informed consent form.
