研究目的：

第一，加大宣教力度，通过线上线下多种宣传方式，让更多患者充分认知LDH疾病，了解疾病发展方向、最新进展等，减少焦虑状态的产生。 第二，结合耳穴揿针治疗，降低LDH患者焦虑程度，避免因病情进展出现其他并发疾病，既能节省医疗经费，又能减轻患者痛苦。 第三，通过中医辨证分型与焦虑程度的相关性分析，为临床治疗LDH合并焦虑状态提供一定参考。

Objectives of Study：

First strengthen the propaganda and education through a variety of online and offline publicity methods so that more patients can fully understand the LDH disease understand the development direction of the disease the latest progress etc. and reduce the anxiety state. Second auricular intradermal needling can reduce the anxiety of LDH patients and avoid the occurrence of other concurrent diseases due to the progression of the disease which can save medical funds and relieve the pain of patients. Third through the correlation analysis of TCM syndrome differentiation classification and anxiety degree to provide some reference for clinical treatment of LDH combined with anxiety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)符合LDH诊断标准，且病程6个月以上； (2)符合焦虑症轻中度诊断，1个月内未接受西药抗焦虑治疗； (3)生命体征平稳，表达沟通能力正常； (4)自愿加入本试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) met the diagnostic criteria of LDH and the course of disease was more than 6 months; (2) met the diagnosis of mild to moderate anxiety disorder did not receive western anti-anxiety treatment within 1 month; (3) stable vital signs and normal expression and communication skills; (4) voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)重度焦虑症、抑郁症及其他严重精神疾病或药物依赖患者； (2)妊娠或哺乳期妇女； (3)合并心血管等其他严重内科疾病患者； (4)具有引起典型腰腿痛及坐骨神经痛的其他疾病，有腰椎手术史者； (5)近1月内接受过针刺、电针、揿针等治疗或服用精神类药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with severe anxiety depression other serious mental disorders or drug dependence; (2) pregnant or lactating women; (3) patients with other serious medical diseases such as cardiovascular disease; (4) patients with other diseases causing typical lumbago leg pain and sciatica and a history of lumbar surgery; (5) patients who received acupuncture electroacupuncture thumbtack needling or other treatments or took psychotropic drugs within the past one month.

本课题采用随机对照试验，纳入符合上述标准的患者144例，编写数字顺序表，从1到144，使用SPSS22.0统计软件完全随机分组，按照1:1比例，随机分成治疗组72例，对照组72例。

A total of 144 patients who met the above criteria were enrolled in this randomized controlled trial. The number sequence table was compiled from 1 to 144 and the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (72 cases) and the control group (72 cases) according to the ratio of 1:1.
