研究目的：

通过随机对照试验研究，验证经前针刺任脉为主治疗原发性痛经的腧穴组方对原发性痛经的临床疗效，为临床运用任脉治疗原发性痛经提供高质量循证医学证据。

Objectives of Study：

Through the randomized controlled trial study the clinical effect of acupuncture on primary dysmenorrhea with Ren pulse was verified and high-quality evidence-based medical evidence was provided for clinical application of Ren pulse in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)符合 PD 的诊断标准; (2)年龄 16~35 岁; (3)月经周期规律(28士7天); (4)过去3个月经周期的痛经疼痛视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)平均分值>4; (5)接收本疗法前1个月经周期未接受其他治疗,且治疗前2星期内未服用止痛药、镇静药及激素类药物； (6)签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for PD; (2) Age range from 16 to 35 years old; (3) Menstrual cycle regularity (28 ± 7 days); (4) The average Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score for dysmenorrhea pain in the past 3 menstrual cycles is greater than 4; (5) I did not receive any other treatment during the first menstrual cycle before receiving this therapy and did not take painkillers sedatives or steroids within the two weeks before treatment; (6) Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1)经妇科彩超等相关检查，证实由于盆腔炎、子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌病等疾病或其他因素引起的继发性痛经者; (2)妊娠或哺乳期妇女; (3)合并有心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重危及生命的原发性疾病以及精神病患者; (4)月经周期不规律者以及间歇性痛经发作者; (5)正在接受另外治疗，其疗效影响本研究临床疗效标准者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Confirmed through gynecological ultrasound and other related examinations that secondary dysmenorrhea is caused by pelvic inflammatory disease endometriosis uterine myopathy or other factors; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Merge patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular cerebrovascular liver kidney and hematopoietic systems as well as psychiatric patients; (4) Individuals with irregular menstrual cycles and intermittent dysmenorrhea; (5) Currently undergoing additional treatment whose efficacy affects the clinical efficacy criteria of this study.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

本试验采用区组随机法产生随机分组序列，随机序列由独立的统计人员使用SAS (SAS Institute, Cary,North Carolina,USA)计算机软件编程生成。将符合条件的 483例原发性痛经患者按 1:1:1 的比例随机分为任脉组、非任脉组和非穴假针组，每组各161 例。当有符合纳入标准的患者时，在获得患者的知情同意后，由临床协调员通过北医三院Redcap中央随机系统确定该患者对应的随机号和组别代码，并记录在受试者的病例报告表(CaseReportFomm，CRF)表上，同时备份记录受试者的随机号、分组情况、入组时间及基本信息，通过上述方式保证随机及分配隐藏的实施。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

In this experiment block randomization method was used to generate randomized sequences which were generated by independent statisticians using SAS (SAS Institute Cary North Carolina USA) computer software programming. A total of 483 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into any pulse group non-any pulse group and non-point pseudoacupuncture group at 1:1:1 ratio with 161 cases in each group. When there is a patient meeting the inclusion criteria after obtaining the patient's informed consent the clinical coordinator will determine the patient's corresponding random number and group code through the Redcap Central random system of Third Hospital of Beijing Medical University and record it on the subject's case report form (CRF). At the same time the random number grouping situation enrollment time and basic information of the subjects are recorded in backup to ensure the implementation of random and allocation hiding.
