研究目的：

本项目开展围手术期中西医结合研究，旨在将超声引导髂筋膜间隙阻滞联合穴位针灸技术应用于老年髋部骨折患者，观察针灸穴位对老年患者术后恶心呕吐、睡眠情况、疼痛程度和术后早期恢复质量的影响，以期达到促进患者快速康复的目的，为将来临床工作应用提供更多的理论依据，优化术后管理方案，舒适化诊疗。

Objectives of Study：

This project carries out the research on the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the perioperative period aiming to apply the ultrasound-guided fascia iliaca compartment block combined with acupuncture and moxibustion technology to elderly patients with hip fractures observe the impact of acupuncture and moxibustion on postoperative nausea and vomiting sleep pain level and early postoperative recovery quality of elderly patients so as to achieve the purpose of promoting fast recovery of patients provide more theoretical basis for future clinical work optimize postoperative management plans and comfort diagnosis and treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

⑴美国麻醉医师协会（American Society of Anesthesiologists，ASA）ASAI~III级； ⑵年龄≥65岁； ⑶髋部骨折（股骨粗隆间骨折、股骨粗隆下骨折、股骨颈骨折）拟在椎管内麻醉下行手术治疗的患者； ⑷患者及家属均签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) ASAI-III level; ⑵ Age ≥ 65 years old; ⑶Patients with hip fractures (intertrochanteric fractures subtrochanteric fractures and neck fractures) who are scheduled for surgical treatment under spinal anesthesia; ⑷Both the patients and their family members have signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

⑴精神智力异常无法沟通者；⑵穴位部位有溃疡、感染、肿瘤者； ⑶服用相关药物会影响睡眠结构者；⑷有酗酒或严重睡眠障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

⑴ Individuals with abnormal mental intelligence who are unable to communicate; ⑵ Patients with ulcers infections and tumors at acupoints; ⑶ Those who take relevant medications may affect their sleep structure; ⑶ Individuals with alcoholism or severe sleep disorders.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

筛选符合入排标准的50名患者进入该研究，按照入组时间先后顺序进行1-50编号，由一名独立的研究者通过SPSS软件生成随机数字，以1:1的比例随机将受试者分配到两组，每组各25例。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Select 50 patients who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria to enter the study and number them 1-50 in order of enrollment time. An independent researcher will generate random numbers using SPSS software and randomly assign the subjects to two groups in a 1:1 ratio with 25 cases in each group.

盲法：

术后由针灸医师操作前打开信封，获得分组情况后选择是否进行针灸操作，麻醉医师不了解分组情况，术后访视医师不了解分组情况。但是由于干预措施的原因，受试者了解分组情况。

Blinding：

After the operation the acupuncture and moxibustion doctor opened the envelope before the operation and chose whether to perform acupuncture and moxibustion operation after obtaining the grouping information. The anesthesiologist did not understand the grouping information and the visiting doctor did not understand the grouping information . However due to the intervention measures the subjects were aware of the grouping situation.
