研究目的：

评价芍药甘草汤在普通结肠镜检查中的肠道解痉效果。

Objectives of Study：

Assess the intestinal antispasmodic effect of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction during routine colonoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

芍药甘草汤：白芍药12g，炙甘草12g； 安慰剂：含有芍药甘草汤1/10剂量的药物组成。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Shaoyao Gancao Decoction :Bai Shao Yao (White Peony Root) 12g ;Zhi Gan Cao (Honey-fried Licorice Root) 12g. placebo:Containing one-tenth of the dosage of the herbs in Shaoyao Gancao Decoction.

纳入标准：

（1）需要进行普通结肠镜检查的患者； （2）年龄在 18～75 周岁，性别不限； （3）自愿参加本项临床试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who require a non-anesthetized colonoscopy; (2) Individuals aged between 18 and 75 years regardless of gender; (3) Volunteers who consent to participate in this clinical trial and have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）需要或要求进行无痛结肠镜检查的患者； （2）普通结肠镜检查不能耐受者； （3）普通结肠镜检查未达回盲部者； （4）肠道准备不佳，图像质量差； （5）有严重的原发性心、肝、肾、肺、血液系统疾病； （6）过敏体质或对多种药物（两种以上或对该药中的已知成分）有过敏史者； （7）合并消化道大出血或穿孔，胃潴留者； （8）既往有结直肠手术者； （9）结肠黑变病、家族性腺瘤性息肉病、结直肠癌、炎症性肠病或中毒性巨结肠等； （10）近 3 个月内参加过其他药物临床试验者； （11）研究者认为不适宜参加本临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients requiring or requesting painless colonoscopy; (2) Individuals who cannot tolerate standard colonoscopy; (3) Patients whose standard colonoscopy did not reach the ileocecal valve; (4) Poor bowel preparation leading to poor image quality; (5) Individuals with severe primary heart liver kidney lung or hematological diseases; (6) Individuals with allergic constitution or a history of allergy to multiple medications (more than two medications or to known components of the medication in question); (7) Patients with complications such as massive gastrointestinal bleeding perforation or gastric retention; (8) Individuals with a history of colorectal surgery; (9) Patients with melanosis coli familial adenomatous polyposis colorectal cancer inflammatory bowel disease or toxic megacolon etc.; (10) Individuals who have participated in other drug clinical trials within the last 3 months; (11) Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation in this clinical trial by the researchers.

The personnel of our hospital's scientific research management department used SPSS software to generate a random coding table and dispensed the trial medications to the subjects in sequence based on the numbers.
