研究目的：

评估足三里（ST36）穴位注射疗法在促进肝移植手术后胃肠功能恢复方面的安全性和有效性

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of acupoint injection therapy at Zusanli (ST36) in promoting gastrointestinal function recovery after liver transplantation surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1） 肝移植手术，无论是原位肝移植还是劈离式肝移植；2） 听诊无肠鸣音，3）有症状性腹胀。

Inclusion criteria

1) liver transplantation surgery whether orthotopic liver transplantation or split liver transplantation; 2) no bowel sounds on auscultation and 3) symptomatic bloating and distention.

排除标准：

1） 注射部位局部感染；2） 肠梗阻和便秘史；3） 腹膜刺激症状（腹部张力和压痛，或反跳压痛；4）顽固性便秘史；5） 冠状动脉疾病、癫痫、室性心动过速、哮喘病史；以及6）可能干扰其参与的精神障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1) local infection at injection site; 2) history of intestinal obstruction and constipation; 3) signs of peritoneal irritation (abdominal tension and tenderness or rebound tenderness; 4) history of intractable constipation; 5) history of coronary artery disease epilepsy ventricular tachycardia asthma; and 6) Mental disorders which might interfere with their participation.
