研究目的：

评价针刺对青少年抑郁症“三郁”亚型的临床疗效，探究针刺干预的“外治内效”关键技术、形成“三郁”诊疗体系

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on the ' Three types of depression ' subtypes of adolescent depression to explore the key technology of ' external treatment and internal effect ' of acupuncture intervention and to form a ' Three types of depression ' diagnosis and treatment system.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）西医诊断标准符合临床症状学国际疾病分类第十版（ICD-10）要素（心境低落、兴趣和愉快感丧失、疲劳感或活力减退）和持续时间≥2周，并通过《精神障碍诊断与统计手册》（第五版）（DSM-5）的筛选条件；（2）中医证候诊断标准参照《郁病中医诊疗方案（2017年版）》的肝郁之主症，伴有“思郁”-纳呆，消瘦，倦怠大便时溏时干；伴有“忧郁”-悲伤欲哭胸闷、脘腹胀满；伴有“怒郁”-烦躁易怒，胸胁胀满，口苦恶心。 （3）年龄在10-24周岁之间，性别不限；（4）符合ICD-10临床症状学并经过《精神疾病诊断与统计手册》（DSM-5）西医诊断筛选，并参照《郁病中医诊疗方案（2017年版）》的中医诊断；（5）已接受抗抑郁药治疗患者就诊前至少14天剂量稳定；能完整提取中医四诊资料，配合相关检验和检查等；（6）依从性良好，且自愿参与并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

( 1 ) Western medicine diagnostic criteria meet the International Classification of Diseases tenth edition ( ICD-10 ) elements of clinical symptoms ( low mood loss of interest and pleasure fatigue or loss of vitality ) and duration ≥ 2 weeks and pass the ' Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders ' ( fifth edition ) ( DSM-5 ) screening conditions ; ( 2 ) The diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes refer to the main symptoms of liver depression in the TCM diagnosis and treatment plan for depression ( 2017 edition ) accompanied by ' depression ' - poor appetite weight loss fatigue and dry stool ; with ' melancholy ' -sadness to cry chest tightness abdominal distension ; accompanied by ' anger depression ' - irritability chest fullness bitterness and nausea. ( 3 ) Age between 10 and 24 years old regardless of gender ; ( 4 ) In line with the clinical symptoms of ICD-10 and through the ' Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders ' ( DSM-5 ) Western medicine diagnosis and screening and with reference to the ' Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for Depression ( 2017 Edition ) ' TCM diagnosis ; ( 5 ) Patients who have received antidepressant treatment have a stable dose for at least 14 days before treatment ; it can completely extract the four diagnostic data of traditional Chinese medicine cooperate with relevant tests and examinations ; ( 6 ) Compliance is good and voluntary participation and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

不符合纳入标准；存在躯体疾病、药物因素诱发的抑郁症状；精神分裂症、双相情感障碍等重性精神疾病；器质性精神障碍；恶性肿瘤及危重心脑血管、血液及内分泌等系统疾病者；酒精或麻醉品滥用；认知功能或精神状态异常无法自行配合研究者；妊娠期及哺乳期妇女；甲状腺功能和睾丸功能的疾病；参与其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

Does not meet the inclusion criteria ; there are depressive symptoms induced by physical diseases and drug factors ; schizophrenia bipolar disorder and other severe mental illness ; organic mental disorders ; malignant tumors and critical cardiovascular blood and endocrine system diseases ; alcohol or narcotics abuse ; cognitive function or mental state abnormalities can not cooperate with the researchers ; pregnant and lactating women ; diseases of thyroid and testicular function ; participating in other clinical trials.

研究者按照1:1的比例将使用SAS9.4软件生成随机数,并将其放入密封的不透明信封中，信封封面上标注有连续的数字，以便分配隐藏。研究者将把这些信封分发给针灸师。受试者在签署知情同意书后将被分配一个有随机号码的信封（由针灸师打开知道进行哪组干预）。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The researchers will use SAS9.4 software to generate random numbers according to the ratio of 1 : 1 and put them in a sealed opaque envelope. The envelope cover is marked with continuous numbers for allocation concealment. The researchers will distribute these envelopes to the acupuncturists. After signing the informed consent form the subjects will be assigned an envelope with a random number ( opened by the acupuncturist to know which group of interventions will be performed ).
