研究目的：

（1）首次证实“分节段式”脊柱推拿手法结合改良“Schroth”体操对AIS椎旁肌表面肌电信号变化规律的影响研究,不仅可为此方法的疗效性提供更为直接的客观证据，还可通过肌电信号变化探讨此方法治疗AIS的作用机制。 （2）研究治疗后AIS椎旁肌表面肌电信号与影像学Cobb角及躯干旋转角是否存在相关性，可为下一步选择客观参考指标提供证据支持。

Objectives of Study：

(1) It is the first time to confirm the influence of "segmental" spinal manipulation combined with improved "Schroth" gymnastics on the changes of AIS surface EMG signals, which can not only provide more direct objective evidence of the efficacy of this method, but also discuss the mechanism of action of this method in treating AIS through the changes of EMG signals. (2) To study whether there is correlation between surface EMG signals of AIS paraspinal muscles and imaging Cobb Angle and trunk rotation Angle after treatment, which can provide evidence support for the selection of objective reference indicators in the next step.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合上述诊断标准；②年龄10～18岁；③Risser征0～Ⅳ度；④主弯区域Cobb角10°～45°，且顶椎位于T6以下椎体；⑤此前未接受过矫形器或运动体操治疗；⑥自愿参与本研究，签署知情同意书；⑦能按计划坚持治疗，并配合本课题研究者。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the above diagnostic criteria; ② Age 10-18 years old; ③Risser sign 0 ~ ⅳ degree; (4) Cobb Angle of the main bend area was 10° ~ 45°, and the parietal vertebra was located below T6 vertebra; ⑤ Had not received orthotics or sports gymnastics treatment before; ⑥ Voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent; Can adhere to the treatment as planned, and cooperate with the researchers of this subject.

排除标准：

①先天性脊柱侧凸、姿势性脊柱侧凸、神经肌肉型脊柱侧凸或其他继发性脊柱侧凸等脊柱侧凸；②主弯Cobb角＞45°，Risser征Ⅳ度以上；③既往有脊柱相关手术病史；④合并严重的心脑血管、肺、肝、肾、血液系统等原发性疾病者及精神疾患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Congenital scoliosis, postural scoliosis, neuromuscular scoliosis or other secondary scoliosis; ② Cobb Angle of main bend > 45°, Risser sign above ⅳ degree; ③ Have a history of spinal surgery; ④ Patients with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, lung, liver, kidney, blood system and other primary diseases and mental disorders.
