研究目的：

开发“理疗矫脊背心”以达到减轻AS患者炎性腰背痛、维持脊柱关节功能、延缓脊柱变形的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

Develop "physiotherapy and correction of spine and dorsal heart" to achieve the clinical effect of reducing the inflammatory back pain of AS patients, maintaining the spinal joint function and delaying the deformation of the spine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合ACR1984年AS标准或2009年ASAS发布的中轴型脊柱关节炎标准诊断标准之一； 2.具有中轴关节受累表现（腰背痛或胸廓活动度、脊柱活动度降低）； 3.疾病中度活动期以下(ASDAS总分<2.1)； 4.脊柱弯曲Cob角小于40度； 5.18岁-65岁； 6.患者知情并同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. In line with ACR1984 AS standard or one of the diagnostic criteria of axial spinal arthritis issued by ASAS in 2009; 2. With axial joint involvement (low back pain or reduced range of motion in the chest and spine); 3. The total score of ASDAS was <2.1; 4. The COB Angle of spinal curvature is less than 40 degrees; 5. Aged from 18 to 65 years; 6. Patients informed and consented to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.合并继发性或原发性各系统靶器官严重病变、精神病、肿瘤患者； 2.妊娠期、哺乳期妇女； 3.脊柱严重变形，超出本研究矫形器调节范围者； 4.同时参加其他临床研究； 5.对研究方案中涉及的药物过敏或有使用禁忌者； 6.研究者认为有任何不适宜入选的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with secondary or primary severe pathological changes, mental illness, or tumor of the target organs of each system; 2. Women in pregnancy and lactation; 3. Severe spinal deformation beyond the adjustment range of the orthopaedic apparatus in this study; 4. Attending to participate in other clinical studies; 5. Patients who are allergic or have contraindaints on the drug involved in the study; 6. Any circumstances deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
