研究目的：

探讨大柴胡汤促进胃肠道肿瘤术后患者胃肠功能恢复的临床疗效，为中医药促进患者胃肠功能恢复，减少胃肠功能障碍提供临床试验依据。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical efficacy of Dachaihu decoction in promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gastrointestinal tumors after surgery, and to provide a clinical trial basis for traditional Chinese medicine to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce gastrointestinal dysfunction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合胃癌、大肠癌疾病诊断标准，需行根治性手术者； （2）年龄在18-80岁之间，性别不限； （3）无腹部手术史； （4）知情同意，志愿受试。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for gastric cancer and colorectal cancer and require radical surgery; (2) The age is between 18-80 years old, and the gender is not limited; (3) No history of abdominal surgery; (4) Informed consent, volunteer subjects.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠期、哺乳期妇女； （2）具有严重的原发性心脑血管病变、肝脏病变、肾脏病变、血液学病变、肺脏疾病、或影响其生存的严重疾病，如肿瘤； （3）有重度胃肠道疾病史； （4）精神障碍患者； （5）未按规定用药，或中断治疗，出现严重术后并发症，无法判定疗效者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant and lactating women; (2) Patients with severe primary cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease, hematological disease, lung disease, or serious diseases that affect their survival, such as tumors; (3) History of severe gastrointestinal disease; (4) Patients with mental disorders; (5) Those who did not take the prescribed medication, or interrupted the treatment, had serious postoperative complications and could not determine the curative effect.
