研究目的：

观察疏肝调神针刺治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的疗效及安全性，并观察广泛性焦虑障碍患者的认知功能。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and safety of liver-sparing and spirit-regulating acupuncture in the treatment of generalised anxiety disorder and to observe the cognitive function of patients with generalised anxiety disorder.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合西医“广泛性焦虑障碍”诊断标准，符合中医“郁病”诊断标准；②14分＜HAMA评分≤29分，，50分≤SAS量表评分≤59分；③18岁≤年龄≤65岁，病程≥6月；④初中及以上文化程度，能配合完成疗效评估；⑤同意根据研究计划要求入组，自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①Meet the diagnostic criteria of generalised anxiety disorder in Western medicine and depression in Chinese medicine; ②14 points＜HAMA score≤29 points 50 points＜SAS score≤59 points; ③18 years old≤65 years old and the duration of the disease is ≥6 months; ④ junior high school or above literacy can cooperate to complete the efficacy assessment; ⑤ agree to be enrolled according to the requirements of the study plan and voluntarily sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①既往诊断有抑郁障碍、双相情感障碍、躁郁症或其他精神障碍类疾病；②因冠心病、帕金森病、高血压病、甲状腺功能亢进等躯体性疾病而继发焦虑者；③合并肝肾功能不全，或心脑血管系统重大疾病病情无法控制者；④妊娠期妇女；⑤依从性可能较差或畏惧针灸者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Previously diagnosed with depressive disorder bipolar disorder manic-depressive disorder or other mental disorders; ②Persons with secondary anxiety due to coronary heart disease Parkinson's disease hypertension hyperthyroidism and other somatic disorders; ③Persons with combined hepatic and renal insufficiency or major diseases of the cardio-cerebral and cerebral vascular system whose conditions cannot be controlled; ④Pregnant women; ⑤Persons who may have poor adherence to or fear of acupuncture.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究观察指标多为心理量表，由专业心理医师进行评估，结合纸质版量表和电子系统，灵活采集数据；数据采集后，另由专人负责数据统计，最终统一记录在CRF表里。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Most of the observational indicators in this study were psychological scales which were assessed by professional psychologists combining the paper version of the scales and the electronic system to collect data flexibly; after the data collection another person was responsible for the data statistics which were finally recorded uniformly in the CRF form.
