研究目的：

评价“养阴益胃方”在NERD相关性烧心治疗中的疗效与可能存在的不良反应，为NERD相关性烧心制定有效的中医治疗方案，同时为中医药治疗NERD提供高级别循证医学证据和方向。

Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the efficacy and possible adverse reactions of "Yangyin Yiwei Decoction" in the treatment of nerd related heartburn to formulate an effective TCM treatment scheme for NERD related heartburn and to provide high-level evidence-based medicine evidence and direction for TCM treatment of NERD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合西医NERD相应的诊断标准（胃镜检查时间为入组前6个月内）； 2.符合中医胃阴不足证的诊断标准； 3在筛选期间的任何连续7天出现烧心症状≥4天，并且在筛选期间进行的胃镜检查中未发现反流性食管炎及Barrett食管改变； 4 GerdQ评分≥8分； 5入组前2周未服用过任何治疗NERD的药物； 6年龄≥18岁且≤70岁，性别不限； 7理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. meet the corresponding diagnostic criteria of Western medicine NERD (gastroscopy within 6 months before enrollment); 2. meet the diagnostic criteria of stomach yin deficiency syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine; 3. Heartburn symptoms occurred for ≥ 4 days in any consecutive 7 days during the screening period and no reflux esophagitis and Barrett's esophagus changes were found in gastroscopy during the screening period; 4.Gerd Q score ≥ 8; 5.Did not take any medicine for NERD 2 weeks before enrollment; 6.age ≥ 18 and ≤ 70 years old regardless of gender; 7.understand and agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.24h食管阻抗-pH监测提示酸暴露正常的反流高敏感或功能性烧心患者； 2.合并有胃部疾病者，如胃恶性肿瘤、胃十二指肠溃疡、幽门梗阻、卓-艾综合征等； 3.合并有食管其他疾病者，如巴雷特食管、药物性食管炎，嗜酸性粒细胞性食管炎，贲门失弛缓、食管裂孔疝等； 4.合并有心、脑、肝、肾、血液及内分泌等重要系统的严重原发性疾病或肿瘤病史者； 5.合并传染性、遗传性、代谢性、内分泌性、自身免疫性等疾病者； 6.具有严重的精神障碍、严重精神心理疾病患者（HAMD≥18分和/或HAMA≥14分）； 7.对本研究所用西药奥美拉唑或中药中任一成分过敏者； 8.备孕中、妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 9.入组前1个月参加过或正在参加其他临床试验者，或试验期间必须服用其他药物者； 10.HP阳性感染患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.24h esophageal impedance pH monitoring showed that patients with normal acid exposure were reflux hypersensitivity or functional heartburn; 2.patients with gastric diseases such as gastric malignant tumor gastroduodenal ulcer pyloric obstruction Zhuo AI syndrome etc; 3.patients with other esophageal diseases such as Barrett's esophagus\drug esophagitis eosinophilic esophagitis achalasia of cardia esophageal hiatal hernia etc; 4.patients with serious primary diseases or tumor history of heart brain liver kidney blood endocrine and other important systems; 5.patients with infectious hereditary metabolic endocrine autoimmune and other diseases; 6.patients with severe mental disorders and severe mental disorders (HAMD ≥ 18 and/or HAMA ≥ 14); 7.those who are allergic to any component of Western medicine omeprazole or traditional Chinese medicine used in this study; 8.women during pregnancy pregnancy or lactation; 9.those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials one month before enrollment or who must take other drugs during the trial; 10.HP positive patients.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

统计师将提前依次编好的随机顺序表，通过SPSS 26.0产生随机数字，根据随机数字确定组别，按照1:1的比例随机将受试者分入试验组或对照组。由药剂师根据随机分组结果，给试验药物的包装编号（将此编号作为临床试验时的合格受试者的先后入组序号）。统计师及药剂师均不参加纳入受试对象和以后的试验过程。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The statistician will compile the random sequence table in advance generate random numbers through SPSS 26.0 determine the group according to the random numbers and randomly divide the subjects into the experimental group or the control group according to the ratio of 1:1. The pharmacist shall give the package number of the test drug according to the random grouping results (this number shall be used as the sequence number of qualified subjects in the clinical trial). Neither the statistician nor pharmacist will participate in the process of including the test object and the subsequent test.
