研究目的：

本课题总目标是通过严谨规范的前瞻性随机对照临床研究，设立二甲双胍组和穴位埋线组，观察2种治疗方法对痰瘀互结型PCOS-IR患者的基础体温双向率、排卵率、血清学指标（包括性激素水平、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数）、中医症候评分，客观评价2种治疗方法的临床疗效及安全性，为痰瘀互结型PCOS-IR患者的治疗提供疗效确切的治疗方案，并为推广穴位埋线的临床应用进一步提供科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

The overall goal of this project is to conduct a rigorous and standardized prospective randomized controlled clinical study establish a metformin group and an acupoint embedding group observe the bidirectional rate of basal body temperature ovulation rate serological indicators (including sex hormone levels fasting blood glucose fasting insulin insulin resistance index) and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of patients with phlegm blood stasis type PCOS-IR treated with the two treatment methods objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the two treatment methods provide a precise treatment plan for the treatment of patients with phlegm blood stasis type PCOS-IR and further provide scientific basis for promoting the clinical application of acupoint embedding.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

①年龄18-40岁； ②符合PCOS的诊断标准； ③符合IR的诊断标准； ④符合痰瘀互结型的中医辩证标准； ⑤自愿参加本研究均签署同意书，同意随机分组方案，依从性良好，配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

①Age 18-40 ② Meets the diagnostic criteria for PCOS; ③ Meets the diagnostic criteria for IR; ④ Complies with the traditional Chinese medicine dialectical standards of phlegm blood stasis syndrome; ③ Voluntarily participating in this study has signed a consent form agreed to the randomization scheme demonstrated good compliance and cooperated with follow-up.

排除标准：

①年龄18岁以下、40岁以上女性； ②不符合上述诊断标准及中医辨证者； ③近3个月服用激素类药物（黄体酮除外）或二甲双胍，或正在参与其他研究； ④合并其他内分泌疾病； ⑤合并有心、肝、肾等严重原发性疾病； ⑤意识不清、智力障碍等不能配合完整问卷调查者； ⑥对本研究所用药物存在禁忌或过敏者；

Exclusion criteria：

① Women under 18 years old and over 40 years old; ② Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation; ③ Taking hormone drugs (excluding progesterone) or metformin in the past 3 months or participating in other studies; ④ Merge with other endocrine disorders; ④ Merge serious primary diseases such as heart liver and kidney; ⑤ Individuals with unclear consciousness intellectual disabilities etc. who cannot cooperate with a complete questionnaire survey; ⑥ Individuals who have contraindications or allergies to the drugs used in this study;

本课题严格遵守随机化原则。将符合纳入标准的受试者按随机数字表法进行分组，分为二甲双胍组和穴位埋线组，每组按1:1匹配。本研究采用盲法分析，由不知分组的研究人员对受试者各个观察时间点的基础体温表、中医证候评分表进行收集并记录，资料总结阶段由第三方盲法统计分析，从而确保研究结果的真实可靠。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This project strictly adheres to the principle of randomization. Participants who meet the inclusion criteria will be randomly divided into metformin group and acupoint embedding group using a random number table method with each group matched 1:1. This study used a blind analysis method in which researchers without knowledge of grouping collected and recorded the basal body temperature table and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score table of the subjects at various observation time points. In the data summary stage a third-party blind statistical analysis was conducted to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the research results
